I had never ordered any custom upholstery before, and she made it easy. She also graciously took on multiple rounds of us changing all the details. The end result is gorgeous - it's now a centerpiece of our living room. Update June 2020: We did another terrific project with Donna and her team, upholstering an antique carriage bench with fun fabric I found in Madrid. They did a perfect job, including really thoughtfully centering the pattern in the fabric and putting piping around the edges. The finished piece is transformed and brings us so much joy!

I had Hunter Douglas blinds installed a few years ago from Caligari's. I was impressed with the…read moresales person who helped me pick out the blind that fit my particular needs. When the blinds arrive Ryan came to install them and he couldn't have been more friendly and professional. The blinds look gorgeous! My grandchildren were visiting this pasted weekend and, unfortunately, broke one of the blinds. I call Caligari's thinking I would have to purchase a new blind but they informed me that it might be able to be repaired. I scheduled a service call and it was Ryan who came again; I was so glad. He was able to fix the blind right away! For just the cost of a service call the blind is working again! He let me know that he isn't always able to fix blinds on site sometime they need to be sent out for repair, but if he can fix them, he does. So nice! The blinds are pricy but, in my option, worth every penny. Beth P.

What was worse, he refused to put on a mask, claiming he had asthma and couldn't breathe in one. Only when I phoned the store, did he put one on and even then he was rude about it. I spoke to someone at the store who said that only Kaitlyn could deal with this and they would contact her right away. But no one called me back. Atrocious customer service, and you're paying top dollar for the carpeting to boot.

Rather than have any more to do with them, I forfeited my $1000 deposit--they refused to give it back--and went to another company. They also drilled holes in my new moldings for tie winders (without discussing it with me) which were not necessary and would have interfered with the look of my house. The national franchise I later happily went with, told me they hardly ever install tie winders and certainly not before discussing it with the client. I could have taken them to small claims court for my deposit, but it's just not in my nature. Good riddance!
