I recently purchased a used glass display cabinet off of Craigslist. It had warped, dirty and…read moredisgusting plywood shelves. As part of the rehabilitation of the case I purchased new glass shelves from this company. They were very friendly to work with over the phone, and when I arrived in person they were even more helpful. The purpose of my display case is to store model trains, and they had a staff member who was familiar with this hobby so we chatted about that for a while. The two glass shelves were quoted a reasonable price, and they were ready to pick up within a day or two. When I got them home, however, the didn't fit. I had ordered them based on the dimensions of the warped plywood, and they were about 1/16" too long. After talking with them on the phone about it, they offered to cut them shorter (and didn't even charge me despite me offering to pay them for this additional work). Again, they were done within a day or two. The only downside that I can think of is their hours: M-F from 8-4:30. That is fine if you work or live near there, but I had to go on my lunch breaks and that was a bit of a hassle. They are surrounded by chain link fences and gates so easy after-hours drop offs or pick-ups aren't an option.

Then said I had to come to their showroom first (about 20 miles), they could get someone out to measure in about a week for a cost of $150, and it would take at least 3 weeks before they could install the new door. I had a new structure built about 3 years ago and Builders did the spray foam. Initially, all was…read morewell. But a few months ago, we notice that it was pretty cold in the "attic" area (which was heated and insulated), especially on some of the very chilly days we had in January. Upon further inspection, we saw that the spray foam had large fissures in it (cracks) where you could see the roof sheathing. It seemed to have shrunk and exposed a lot of places for heat to escape. I contacted my GC who then put me directly in touch with Builders. After a little phone tag, they came out to inspect it, and two weeks later removed the old insulation and re-sprayed the space, all at their expense. They were very apologetic, as well as polite, thorough, and clean. They took the time to leave the space as clean as they found it and would not even let me buy them lunch. Unexpected things happen in construction (many of them bad). What separates good vendors from bad ones is how they react. Builders clearly stood behind their product and made things right. I would heartily recommend them for any insulation job!

Non of the workers speak English and they broke the the furnace emergency button in the basement and then the guys didn't even finish the up stairs they just left didn't do the proper vent in the attic so when they came to do the blown in upstairs they had to leave and come back the next day. Then the guy they sent to do blown in insulation took spray foam and spray foamed the edges of the sheetrock on the ceiling and they are all the interior walls that we had finished stained trim up against the sheet rock ceiling and it pushed all the trim down like 3/8 of an inch! They spray foamed around the bathroom ceiling vent so much it literally mangled the entire bathroom vent. I spoke with them about taking only 500$ off the bill because of everything that got messed up or broken and they said fine but now are still sending me a bill for this money! They have employees that dont know what they are doing idk why you would be doing any spray foam in the attic when you are doing 2 feet of blown in insulation! Absolutely furious!
