They were less costly than so many window companies but able to provide the benefits in windows we were looking for in a great quality. Changing over from aluminum windows to vinyl windows we had concerns about some of the changes in thickness, but the team did a great job and properly installing without them impacting the look, inside or out. They look so much better than before and we love the different options in grid choices! The install team worked well as a team and did a phenomenal job, cleaning up well before they left. Puncturing an internal PVC plumbing pipe, illegally wrapping it in black duct tape, and immediately hiding it behind the new siding is not a 'punch-list' item - it is active fraudulent concealment. The 'Fraudulent' Financing: We authorized the payment because they claimed to follow actively concealed the duct-taped plumbing. Inducing a customer to authorize a loan by hiding severe damage is the legal definition of fraudulent concealment. Contradictory Public Statements & The BBB Complaint: JP Exteriors is using public platforms to feign cooperation. On our active BBB complaint, they claim they are waiting for our independent inspection report before taking action. However, their own written record proves they inspected the property themselves on June 11th and issued a superficial patching offer on June 22nd. The very next day, they explicitly stated in writing they were not willing to expand their scope to a full replacement, formally refusing to cure the hidden defects before our third-party inspection was even conducted on June 24th.
