It sat for about 5 or 6 days before Centex was able to come out for the treatment. But that was because of the 4th of July holiday. He said he was confident that he would be able to get rid of at least 85% of the stain. We were desperate to keep HOA at bay so we were happy with 85%. I'm happy to report they were able to remove 95% of the stain and no nasty notes from HOA. They use a commercial grade cleaner and pressure washing. Highly recommend!
