Paul Davis bothered to work as diligently to collect money from the insurance as hard as they worked on making preparations to sue me, they may have been able to do what I did. I'm responsible for Paul Davis getting the money they so ineptly did not acquire a contract in writing when accepting a verbal "yes" from the manager of my insurance. claim! You're welcome Paul Davis.... And thank you for the threats, the holding hostage of my property, and the horrible communication of your intent that you would hold me responsible for your employee getting my home without proper documentation to do so. Then, holding me responsible for not getting that proper documentation and sending me notification of having to pay a bill that the insurance was supposed to have approved per all the text you sent me, which is the only reason I said OK. However, I'm still left in my predicament because my home is gutted, I'm still having to deal with the horrible insurance company. My choice of insurance companies is not anyone's fault but my own; however, I would rather have a place to live in a pot to pee in rather than me stuck homeless like I'm gonna be and I do fully blame this company for being in my situation. Thank God, I was able to stop their lawsuit since I was able to get WSOC TV channel 9's investigative reporter to help me in getting those funds for Paul Davis since their employees don't know how to get appropriate documentation prior to gutting someone's home, or at least my home! I will be getting my storage out of their control as soon as possible. Through this, I learned that they we're going to have me pay to have my storage returned to me, but didn't bother to let me know. It had already been paid for them to bring my storage to me or so it appears in the estimates I read through after educating myself extensively on this entire process. I really don't appreciate feeling as though things have not been provided to me in honesty and that is how I am left in complete understanding unfortunately!

After this, meeting with someone who keeps their word gains extra importance. The personable and professional Dean Flowers came out to give an estimate on water damage and possible mold. I was thrilled when I learned that the company would not only do the mitigation but the repairs as well. Making my life so much easier! Abraham Reyes was the project manager and was always timely, friendly and professional. His team was amazing, I really appreciated their workmanship, attention to detail, and that everything was left sparkling clean. Paul Davis worked seamlessly with our insurance company and we were so pleased with them that as mentioned above they completed a secondary job for us as well. We feel the services received were worth the money spent. As I told Abraham, I hope we won't need mitigation/repairs in future but if we do I know who we will call!

He spent time listening to our vision as we collaborated on layout and design. Debbie runs the office smoothly, making communication easy and efficient. Ryan assembled a great team of subcontractors--from framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, wood and trim work and painting--each one highly skilled, respectful, and reliable. Questions were always answered promptly, and the entire project was managed very well. The quality of the materials and the finished work are durable and high quality. The crew was so professional, prompt and efficient. Everyday they cleaned up the site and made sure it would be safe out back for our Pups to wonder around. The timeline was perfect, even with a few days of bad weather. We cannot say enough about the entire experience. It was almost perfect. Thanks also to the trades that did the finish work, electrical work and roofing. We were blessed to meet them all and feel like we have new friends going forward. Thank you Ryan and your team at Little Creek. From Kyle, Debbie, Jamie and the rest, we could not be more appreciative on your great work. We will highly recommend you to friends and neighbors.

The voicemail of the main number is ALWAYS full and the lady answer maybe 2/5 times, so when you can't get through you can't even leave a message. The work they did manage to finish, turned out that it was half-assed and had to be re-done completely by another company. It took this other company a day to re-do a job that took Architechual Waterproofing over 3 months to finish. They used the cheapest concrete and the wrong grade. And the gutters? Those were never even completed. The last time I saw or even heard from this company was when they came to clean up like a few handfuls of the large pile of concrete left on the side of my house, and then left because they hadn't brought shovels even though they knew this was the purpose of them coming by. Then after that complete silence... multiple phone calls, emails, texts...no replies. Completely ghosted. Also, they hired a new electrical contractor to come install a new breaker because they couldn't their usual guy to show up. Told this guy that we were only 30 minutes away, ended up being over a 2 hour drive for him. They also told him that someone would be here from their company to pay him, there wasn't. I got a call from the electrician a few weeks later and learned that he hadn't been paid and was also being ghosted. Do NOT use this company! Please save yourself the headache and money.

I have an old farm house that is always in need of updating. One of the last big items on the list was rebuilding the back porch after old delapadated one was torn out. I contacted several local guys who either were not interested in this small-ish job or were apparently not eager to earn new business. But when I contacted Band Of Brothers, they scheduled a free estimate right away. When one of the owners (Stephen) came out with their estimator (Tim) I was very confident that these were the guys for me! As a single female trying to keep an old farm and farmhouse up, I have to be wary. I immediately felt at ease with Stephen and Tim and decided on the spot to hire them to rebuild the porch. As I stated, it's an old (1949) farm house and things are not always square, plumb or level! Once the work began, Stephen and his crew led by Mario made me feel extremely confident in their work. I am blessed beyond reason by finding them and will hire them for my next big project which will include a patio and 3 season room. I am so very confident in their work that I am writing this review before the porch is finished. I will add finished pictures when the job is complete. I do not have the words to express how much I love these guys! Did I mention that they are the happiest work crew I have ever had the pleasure to work with?!

The initial planning process and quote were good. They told us it would take 3 - 4 days to complete. They showed up the first day and took out the old screen porch. The next day they were supposed to start installation. The materials never arrived and I was told the Lowe's truck was in accident. It then took another 2 - 3 weeks for them to get the materials delivered, and then they needed more time for another material. They finally began installation. It was evident this crew was not experienced. For example, they put the drink rails on backwards. In addition, there were several areas where they installed materials that were not flush against the house. Note, they did come back and repair those mistakes and communicated that this was a new crew that was not experienced. After about six weeks, it was complete. Not great, but acceptable. Therefore, I paid them in full and they provided a modest 5% discount for my inconvenience. Note, My wife and I were incredibly patient and understanding through the process, never complained and were incredibly flexible, given we have three dogs and it was not easy when workers were on site, may times unexpected. My main issue with this company is after the job was completed. One of the owners, his name was Steven, helped finish the job and addressed our issues. there was some touch up painting that he said he would come back complete. I could have easily held payment until that was complete, but I also understand small companies need to get paid on time and I did not want to hold their payment over painting and I trusted Steven's word he would come back. He never showed. My wife texted and called at least six times and he never responded. While that was frustrating, I can handle doing touch up on my own. The main issue is the attached photos. These are pictures of the posts they installed coming apart, and other areas that are becoming detached. I have sent them two emails in the past two months, the last email with multiple pictures of their work deteriorating. At this point, all I can say is I would hope a company advertising themselves as veteran owned would operate with honor and integrity. that does not seem to be the case for Band of Brothers. I highly recommend anybody considering this company look for other contractors that finish the work complete and with high quality, and are honest operators.
