Our daughter had very little money set aside for a car, but Phil found her one that was perfect for her and within her budget. He not only went over the features of the vehicle, but also the flaws so we were able to make an informed decision. Everyone there was so friendly and there was no pressure. They even stayed open late on a Saturday so we could complete the transaction and drive the car home! We will be seeing Phil again when it is time for car # 4!!!

On the drive home, the check-engine light came on. We contacted the dealership and asked them to inspect the vehicle, but they refused to check it or address the issue. We then took the vehicle to our own mechanic. The vehicle had EVAP-related trouble codes, including P0442 and P0456, and an engine leak was also identified. We ultimately had to spend approximately $500 to repair the EVAP issue, and the vehicle still failed its NJ inspection. There were also problems with the paperwork process. The title/lien paperwork was not properly handled at the dealership, the title clerk was not available, and we had to make multiple trips and spend significant time (and gas) dealing with the paperwork afterward. We were also told that the lien paperwork had been sent to us when it had not. The dealership provided a warranty, but when we tried to get help after the check-engine light came on, they would not inspect or address the problem, despite having sold the car in unacceptable condition. We were left to deal with the repairs and inspection issues ourselves shortly after purchasing the vehicle. Buying a used car always comes with some risk, but the way these problems were handled after the sale was extremely disappointing. The owner lost control of his temper and was aggressive when addressed with the issues of the poor transaction. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing here to have the vehicle independently inspected before handing over any money and to carefully verify all title, lien, warranty, and inspection paperwork. Based on our experience, we would not purchase another vehicle from 443 Auto Sale, and I regret ever using their business. Also, the owner will definitely respond to this with a disrespectful and false comment, lying about his services; Jeff is an extremely rude owner. I wish I could give 0 stars, but that is not an option.

I leased my Kia Soul from Lehighton Kia in 2019. I didn't have any particular issues with them…read morethen, other than the process taking forever--though I've come to expect that at dealerships. In 2024, I bought out my vehicle. I went over the mileage slightly and planned to buy it instead of buying it. I called Kia informing them of my plans and asking them to write up the paperwork. When I got there, they took my car's keys from me and wanted to charge me a $2k 'dealer fee' but could not tell me what the dealer fee cost. Incidentally, it was the same amount that it would cost to pay my overage in mileage. I called the Kia headquarters and they told me this was illegal. They gave me a lower offer on the phone--while I was STILL waiting at the dealership--and found me a lender before my lease ran out. This year, I still have taken my Kia to the service department for its free inspections since I hadn't had any issues there. I never get more than an oil change or inspection and take my car to my personal mechanic for other issues. I've noticed in early 2025 that the service department started trying to rack on other services, but denied them. In late Feb I got a card in the mail that oil changes were on sale, so I took my car in. When it was ready, they called me and told me that it needed some fluids filled up--brake fluid, trans fluid, and coolant. I said sure, knowing fluids won't cost more than $20-$40. My mom picked up the car while I was at work. For an oil change, a free inspection, and fluid fill--LEHIGHTON KIA CHARGED ME $900. Unbeknownst to me, they flushed all 3 systems (or said they did) and then forced my mother to pay for it, taking advantage of the situation. To top it all off, they cracked my windshield where they put on the inspection sticker, AND my car now has an oil leak that my mechanic has had to look at. I have brought it back to their service department to fix. I have talked to their service manager. I have talked to Kia headquarters. No one has any explanations or answers. I was price gouged, taken advantage of, and my car was left in a worse state than when I took it in. Do not take your car to Lehighton Kia. If you're in the area, I highly recommend Fritz auto repair down the road.

I don't live in this area but am up here for an event and I needed my car inspected. So I called this dealership, the receptionist was nice and they were able to accommodate my needs. My appointment was at 3pm and we showed around 2:30. They took my car to inspect it right away. It's now 3:30 and I go out to find out what the hold up is and the man behind the counter says I'm sorry your car failed inspection. What???! It's a year old, what's wrong? Oh you need new windshield wipers. I thought oh that sounds like some bs considering I just drove 2hrs in the rain to come up here yesterday and my wipers worked fine. He then begins to quote $88 for new ones. I said they probably just need cleaned maybe debris is the issues. He said oh no they are torn. $88 for new windshield wipers are you out of your f**king mind!!! I said give me the keys I'll run over to the auto parts store and get them replaced for under $30. He said oh well do you just want me to put the stickers on it for you then? Yep! Another 15mins goes by. What is taking so long? Oh he has to put the info into the computer. This place is a total scam! I get the car back and there are old rain drops on my windshield from the drive up which tells me he never bothered to even check them. I get out and inspect the wipers and there is no cuts and the windshield is perfectly clean. The lobby has old furniture that is stained and filthy. The roof has leaked and there are water stained ceiling tiles in combo with missing tiles. Then the true WTF is the dirty bathroom where the toilet actually rocks. Does any of this sound like a place where you want to do business? Yeah me neither.
