We even offered to allow them to put a 30 day hold, or whatever they felt comfortable, they seemed suspicious, uneasy, un-friendly, and ultimately told my wife and I they they couldn't help us. We are both airline captains with better than average finances. Our 10 motorcycles, 4 vehicles and 2 very nice homes are debt free and we titles and deeds for it all. We drove to Key Bank, met some friendly people, and opened a savings and checking account. Our finances involve several million dollars and we still laugh about how good business must be at Community Bank in Lehighton, PA to say "NO" to a government check, and us being perfectly fine putting a hold on the entire balance. Nope, not interested. Doesn't sound like our kind of bank anyway! Oh well, their loss.

I have had constant problems since the first week I bought it, yet they have the audacity to charge me almost 17,000 for a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that's not even worth $4,000. My vehicle has never run smooth for one month in five long years. Their service department is good for nothing. They even lost both of my keys and will do nothing to replace them. I have spent hundreds of hours in their service department, as well as spending a lot of money with my own personal mechanic. They talked me into taking out a loan to fix my power steering, which I did, and the power steering didn't even last a week. This was probably the fourth one they put on. So I now have no power steering whatsoever. Byrider says they CARE, But in all reality all they care about is getting your money and doing absolutely nothing to help their customers that they prey on. This "company" is truly DESPICABLE. You have caused nothing but problems for me for 5 long years and I can't wait to pay this awful loan off and say F-U!!!! YOU SUCK

We just started our own business and transfered all of our payment information for all our bills to a larger calender. we mistakenly marked the date wrong for these people. They called me the day the payment was due and we explained our mistake and I would be in the next day. We were told that it would be unacceptable and we needed to find a way to get there to make thepayment. everyone that I spoke with were very rude and obnoxious. We also had a warrantee issue with our heat. They did finally get it fixed but they destroyed our dashboard in the process and grease all over our cloth seats. When we brought it to their attention they refused to repair the dash or clean the seats. I called the "management " and we set an appointment for them to look at the issues. They never showed and conveniently don't have time to meet us. This experience has been the worst we have ever dealt with. We will never deal with these people again and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone we have about a year and a half left of payments and can't wait for it to be over.
