I chose to work directly with them instead of going through a third party to have some high-end fleeces and vests embroidered with our company logo and they turned out absolutely beautiful. One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! With life happening and my work hours being very similar to their pick-up hours, I figured I would see if it was possible to pay to have it shipped to me. I emailed them YESTERDAY and received a very prompt response that, yes it was possible and they would send it right out. I was provided my tracking number and TODAY, a little over 24 hours later, my jacket was delivered. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!
