Lisa is the BEST! Last summer we had a group of friends going on a trip and we decided to do some custom shirts. I was a little late to the game, but Lisa was able to work with me to find the type of shirts, colors, and materials I wanted at a reasonable price. After we placed the order someone said hey, let's add nicknames to the back! I reached out to Lisa - and no problem, for a minimal fee, she was able to add a custom nickname to the back of each shirt for us. Fast forward to this winter and our friends plan another trip and decide group shirts would be fun again. I reached out to Lisa and she responded immediately and is able to accommodate. I cannot recommend this company enough for any of your printing needs. I bought the Trump bear and was VERY disappointed. I saw the bear on TV. It was of good size, had a zipper on it's back which when opened, revealed a lap blacket of the American flag. I received a bear that was 6 inches high holding a small American flag (6" by 4 ") NOT HAPPY read more

While the people are nice here, their customer service is terrible. On my first order all my logos were slightly crooked. The second order they shorted me a shirt that happen to be the one shirt that was a specific size for A celebrity client of mine to wear on her TV show. They forgot to send it. So I Lost that opportunity. Then after weeks of emails and a few calls they finally got back to me. They felt bad and sent me a whole bunch of hooded sweatshirt. I was happy that they at least did that. Then I realized they left a letter out of my business name, even though the prof. I ok'ed had it in it. So I filmed 22- T.V. Episodes with the wrong company name before we realized it. With the missing letter another business in Colorado would've been getting all my calls from the TV show exposure. I let them know about how they screwed up again. They told me they were going to fix everything that they have screwed up and send me a whole bunch more. They sent me less then I've paid for, no extras, no refund. Don't waist your time an money here. read more
