It is sad that this review is based on one visit, today. All my other visits have been relatively okay, but what is consistent is that the students do not listen to you! I know my hair, I know how my hair operates. It took my almost a year to grow my hair to nearly the middle of my back. And today, with the instruction of " I would like to keep my length", it has ended up on my shoulders?????????? HOW stupid must you be, to do this??? seriously???? This student was disinterested from the beginning. I went in the with my hair wet and she assumed that it was washed and just started cutting away. She was by far the most unprofessional student I have seen there. She then proceeded to cut 10 cm or more off my hair from the back!! which I was only able to see, to my horror, when she followed the length all around. I swear she must have missed all of her classes!
Now I know going there is a risk. But like someone mentioned in a prior review, they are nearly ready to go out into the world at that stage, or should be! The person who cut my hair should NOT be allowed to ever do hair dressing, and its not because of her skill, ITS BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE. If she cared enough she would have made sure with the tutor that she was doing the right thing from the beginning. BUT SHE DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. There should be stricter rules in the salon! I said that was quite short, and all she said was an insincere sorry??? Are you serious. This girl should not be cutting hair!! ever!!!!!!!
On one of my other visits, the girl that was doing my hair was fighting with her boyfriend by text message and then proceeded to burst out crying while I was left sat in a chair for 4 hours, as she took her time in the first 3!!!!!!!!!!
The only good thing to come out of this visit was that the Tutor gave it to me for free. I dont even think that was enough, honestly I will never go here again!!!! I am now left with hair that can barely tie and I HATE having hair in my face while I work!! It would be nice to hear back from the Tutor in regards to the reprimanding that has happened. read more
