Quick Summary: We found the owner, Blaine, to be…read moreunprofessional and lack proper communication. When a simple miscommunication occurred (at fault of Yard Shark), they decided to immediately terminate all of our services just before snowfall started, leaving us without a snow removal service. Anecdotes: -Grass fertilizing service was not performed on time on multiple occasions and would not get done without constant reminders to Yard Shark. When the service was finally performed, they did not communicate to us so that we could keep our dogs safe and off the lawn (this was all communicated and agreed upon before the service was purchased). -Their service truck left ruts in our front lawn which took several bouts of communication for them to finally come out and resolve the issue properly. At first it was simply filled with sand before it was communicated that this was not an acceptable fix. -Their plow truck left hydraulic fluid in our driveway from a leak and the driveway was left incompletely plowed. This was only resolved after having to reach out to Blaine. -A leaf removal service (incomplete - left part of our yard full of leaves) was performed and billed on our property before discussing pricing. When this was brought to Blaine's attention, he reduced the price and subsequently discontinued service at our house - leaving us without a snow removal service right before first snowfall. Conclusion: The pricing may be fair and the lawn/snow removal guys were very nice, but I would advise staying away from this service until the owner can develop the professional skills required to run his own business properly.
