I'm very disappointed with the service I received this time. I remembered being quite pleased last time so it bums me out that my experience was horrible. I reached out to Mike in early August regarding several tree branches that have overgrown near the roof of our home. Some additional branches are also touching the gutters and roof. Unfortunately the branches are between two homes so that may add an additional challenge in removal. I left a voicemail with details and Mike called back within the hour though I wasn't able to answer. I called him back and we finally connected. I explained the situation and Mike requested photos of the issue at hand. I promised to get the photos that day but unfortunately due to an extra work shift I got home later in the evening and it was too dark to get a photo. I texted photos the next day to his phone and didn't hear anything back. I waited for a bit figuring they are pretty busy. But after two weeks without a text or call from Mike, I attempted to reach him once more. This was on Aug 16th. I got his voicemail and basically reviewed my issue and stated that if it was something they couldn't do to just let me know. I never heard anything back. read more

Mike and his crew did a great job. It had rained really bad all week. The tree was in the back yard. They were careful not to damage our front lawn. They subcontracted out the stump to Tom's Stump Grinding Service. Everyone did a great job and cleaned up all the debris completely. The tree was on a hill and difficult to get the stump ground down. Another contractor came in 550 dollars more because he didn't want the job. I'm glad we went with Mike. Also, he took out a huge maple for our kids. It was over the street and their house. They got it out with no damage. I would highly recommend them. read more

Mikes Tree Service was contracted to remove 4 Blue Spruce Trees from our yard. The did an amazing job with prompt, and professional service. They cleaned up the area and left nothing undone. Tom's Stump Grinding Service took out the stumps and Mikes Tree Service cleaned the area when that was completed. If you have a need for tree trimming or removal I would recommend them with out any hesitation. read more
