Would never do business with this company at all. Horrible customer service, at least that has been my experience. Firstly they followed me on IG, (of course I followed back considering we are looking for a caterer for our event and I thought it was perfect timing that they reached out) they offered a promotion for a $300 discount if you book an event in March. Mind you they sent me this message on 3/22 so I asked a question in regards to the promo, asking if it could be applied to another event considering there were only 10 days left in March. They left me on seen/read and never responded to my question. That's the weirdest customer service ever because it literally takes 10 seconds to answer a simple question for a potential customer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe they read it and were planning to answer my inquiry later or the next day... nope got left on read a second time lol. To date no one has responded to my question. No clue what went wrong or what I did wrong, but to be so blatantly rude is unacceptable and we do a lot of business with vendors all over Las Vegas. For our wedding we are using several very highly sought after Las Vegas vendors (some they've even worked with before) and have never experienced being ignored... I mean who runs away from money lol? Maybe whomever is in charge of their social media shouldn't be. To date have not heard anything back which is more than okay with me. We were vendors at the Pet Expo at the World Market Center (Pavilion 2). During our set up, they walked around with menus AND they offered delivery to Vendors during the event. I've done dozens of Vendor Events and have NEVER had a caterer offer to do delivery during it. (we didn't take them up on their offer, we had two people in our booth and weren't that busy - so decided we'd be polite and save that service for a more needy booth) We did partake in their brats, though. And they were TERRIFIC. I can't remember what my hubby got, but I got the Chicken with goat cheese and some yummy green sauce with a bit of a bite to it. Scott loved his, too. We recently had their box lunches delivered to the parlor for our staff and let me tell you it was absolutely delish and fresh!! I ordered the tandoori chicken pita wrap and not one bite was disappointing! It had golden raisins, toasted almonds chicken onions and mixed greens I'm pretty picky and I could have eaten this all day! The box lunch included pita triangles fresh hummus (found it to be on the sweeter side but really enjoyed it) veggie sticks and one of the best cookies I've ever had super soft and a good mix of chocolate chunks and I want to say toffee? My husband and I are both in the hospitality industry so the most important vendor for us to choose was our caterer. From start to finish Jeremy and Alex were so helpful and easy to communicate with. They always answered e-mails or questions in a timely manner. They designed the menu for our wedding based on cuisines that we liked and incorporated those flavors in dishes so it really felt so customized. Not just your regular chicken or beef dish.
