He was able to assure we had enough food in case more people came, pricing was reasonable and included gratuity. Showed up on time and had everything ready when they said. All salsas an onions, cilantro, habanero onions, grilled onions ALL INCLUDED plus more! He even called once everything was set up making sure everything was perfect to my expectations. ABOVE EVERYTHING, THE FOOD TASTED AMAZING! They even notified allergens, the red salsa contained peanuts and the made sure to let us know before hand. Can't wait to have them for future events. This review is long overdue! Geo was amazing--professional, punctual, and great with communication. We hired him last minute (less than a day's notice) while we were in town for a soccer tournament and planning a team-building event, and he still made it happen. Geo was very accommodating with our budget and even threw in some extras. The setup was clean, the tacos were delicious, and everyone loved the food. It really made the event special. Geo catered our holiday party tonight, and the service and food were amazing. We had about 25 people, and they had so much food that everyone had 4-5 tacos and we still had leftovers! As a vegetarian I asked for a vegetarian option and they brought it at no extra cost, with enough for anyone else who wanted some. I added the guacamole and am so glad I did because it was delicious! Geo's base services include Chicken, Pastor (Pork), and Steak, but I highly recommend paying extra for Shrimp, Veggie, and Birria. I called Geo's the day before our church's small event, and even though he had a full day, he squeezed us in. I ordered the drop-off taco bar with veggies and chicken. He delivered the food right on time, and the packaging was neat and tightly sealed. The food was FIRE, absolutely delicious -- hot, seasoned well, and plentiful. After reading other reviews, I thought to hire Geo's Tacos for my husband's birthday party. We hosted 34 people and there was more than enough food. We even had leftovers to enjoy the following day for 5 people! Our guests told us they enjoyed the tasty food. The meats were delicious, the salsas and pickled onions/carrots were flavorful and freshly made. The beef was the crowd favorite, followed by the pork (al pastor). We ate the leftover chicken the next day and it had flavor and wasn't dry, even after heating it up. They sent us a team of 2 people who arrived early, set up their griddle station and brought their own table for the toppings, plates and napkins. He was very professional, and quick at responding, literally within a minute or two of my text, even if it were at 8am. He showed up early to set up, even brought materials to ensure oil did not leak on the ground (super considerate!). He was a pleasure to work with, always ensuring guests had whatever they needed and was quick to serve food. We did the tacos and quesadillas, which were delicious! We had him set up outside on the backyard and he brought his own table full of all the extras such as salsa, cilantro, onions, radishes, etc. he brought 3 types of meat, carne asada, marinated chicken, and marinated pork. Pinto beans and rice and the mini corn tortillas. They were friendly and had everything ready quickly. The food was so flavorful and fresh and really impressed.
