So we made an appointment Thursday morning at 11:15. Facility: this is a small 3 chair barber shop with also beauty salon service too. They are called a unisex salon, but I'm not sure of all the women's services they offer. But I did see a section in the back that seemed to be for the women. Service: Ziggz immediately spoke to us when we came in. Then when it was our turn I explained that we went to a barber the day before who messed up my nephew's hair, so we were a little nervous. Ziggz reassured us and especially reassured my nephew and talked to him with respect and kindness. Some people talk down to kids... but my nephew REALLY liked Ziggz... he stated he wished he was back home so he could use him always. And Ziggz did a GREAT job with his hair. He listened to what my nephew wanted and delivered a great hair cut (really a repair). Overall: I will refer everyone to this place in the future and will take my nephew back when he's in town.
