Definitely exceeded expectations and fits in with the Winter Park vibe. I try to select service with any available professional so I can meet everyone and so far there are no favorites because they are all super cool people. I haven't gotten everyone yet but I now assume everyone is just as premium. Adrian, Alyssa, Damian, Justin, all know what they are doing and I leave looking better than I ever have before lol. I also get my nails done which is a first for me and the place just provides a comfortable atmosphere that I feel normal doing it as a guy. Taylor does such a good job and treats me so well that I don't want to do my own nails myself anymore. I probably talk to her too much but she acts like it doesn't bother her and that's how she's winning! We walked in with no appointment and they immediately took us back. The staff was so inviting and friendly. The salon is so colorful, fun and inviting for children. Ours little guys wanted to play in the lobby after their hair appointments and it was hard getting them out. With all the fun colors and toys it's so fun. For the first hair cut they made it very special. Our little guy was so relaxed he sat still the entire hair cut. Both my boys have curly hair and they cut his hair exactly as I had wished. With the first haircut package you get a bagged lock of their hair, a certificate and a picture of the new haircut. It was a very special/memorable experience. Our older son is 6 1/2 and he has very curly hair. My husband started a haircut and couldn't finish since our son is adhd and struggles with sitting still. Our hairdresser manager to cut his hair with ease and it's probably the best haircut he's ever got. We loved our experience and look so forward to coming back.
