They gave us a fair quote and said they would return within the week. They came back as promised with a crew of about 8-9 guys/women and the job to cut down and grind one stump took 45 minutes. Their mascot dog named Khaki was adorable, she supervised the whole crew and never strayed. They were wonderful.. Like a well oiled machine. Everyone had their specific task to do, from actually cutting down the tree, to putting it in the chipper, to cleaning up and leaf blowing. The owner, Teddy, and his crew took great care of my property. There wasn't a lot of space and lots of power lines they had to work around. They cleaned up everything when they were done and I could hardly tell they had even been there.
