Going to the hair salon evokes the same anxiety as going to the dentist for me. But Thoai took away that fear by listening to my concerns and giving advice on how to take care of my hair. They use traditional ginseng and herbs for the steaming process, and honestly, the scent is much more pleasant and refreshing than the versions I've tried at other spots.
