First win. Then I woke up to an email from the airline saying the flight was delayed an hour. Then another two hours. I called and left a voicemail as soon as I could before they were open. I told them I would probably miss both appointments if they kept delaying my flight. When it was confirmed that we would indeed take off I called them back to let them know I could probably make the makeup appointment if they could push it back and find a friend from the wedding to take my hair appointment. The lady at the front desk was super understanding and happy to switch out another wedding guest to take my place for a blow out. I made it in time to get my makeup done by Liza. She was so sweet and so professional. I only wear foundation and have lash extensions. I don't know how to put on eye makeup. I had a bright blue dress and she put in pops of blue. It was so fun and I felt fabulous! The customer service, understanding of my travel delays and final product were all so amazing. I'd come back in a heartbeat next time I have a wedding in Boston!

I did not hear back and I called again on Wednesday and was old again that she was not available. I have yet to hear back, and when I called I was told I could only email her. Which I specifically said I would rather speak with someone on the phone because there were multiple concerns with the appointment. When I was explaining how I was not available to speak another time this week because I work 12 hour days they hung up on me. I would not recommend getting your haircut here. I spent 160.00 (not including any gratuity I left) and then another 100.00 to have to get my hair fixed

I have been to many of the "best" well-known salons on Newbury St. I've always left unhappy with darker hair, ashy, muddy, etc.. it went on for so long. I was even told that your hair changes every seven years and my hair just can't get light again. These colors made me look so washed out. I hated it. I ended up going to a salon in Needham. She refused to put collar on it except for my roots. She lightened my roots and then put a toner on it. She turned my hair medium brown. I was horrified! She washed it out, put another toner on. This was a color I had never seen! I had a combination of orange and the other parts were brownish ash and greenish! I was totally freaked! And I have an event coming up this weekend. I read some reviews never thinking I would get in to anyone last minute. Lynda answered and was nice enough able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Walking in with multicolored hair, and being told my hair can't be blonde again, I could just tell that she was going to be good. I hit the jackpot with Lynda! I'm blonde, my hair looks healthy, she gives a phenomenal blowout, and I will never go to anyone else again. Lynda is extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably talented! For the first time in so long not only was a blonde, but when I looked in the mirror I liked what I saw and I really hadn't for such a long time. Lynda' is by far the best most talented colorist in Boston! I can't tell you how glad I am to have found her.
