Wanted to add some soft, loose waves to my boring, straight, fine, and recently grown out hair and I lived through the 80's and was understandably VERY nervous about getting a perm. I walked in with only a photo and Tina did an excellent job of giving me exactly what I was looking for! Coming through town and needed a hair cut. The sign on the door said closed but there were people inside. One person seemed busy and did not pause to say hello. Two more people came out of the back eventually. I checked in and was seated fairly quickly. I could not give a full description of what I wanted before the cutting began. Cutter got over zealous with the clippers and then asked if was ok. I said it wasn't but that the sides needed to be even. The cutter proceeded to tell me how my hair should be. Cutter than proceeded to chop the rest of my hair in sections. I just gave up and paid and left. Thankfully I won't be in the area again. No military discount. No shampoo. No dry. read more
