I walked out with cranberry/orange hair for the first couple of inches of hair throughout my head, the rest of the hair a mousy brown. All of it brittle the next day after washing out the palm full of product she put in my hair after washing out the toner. The first pic here is my natural color that I wanted her to mimic over the greys. As to the highlighting before putting toner in, my hair was completely white where streaks of highlighting was to occur but she told me not to worry as she'll darken it up to the desired carmelly color with toner. I have no highlights (pic 2). My hair is "crispy" - I am particularly upset as I am hosting my company retreat in two weeks. I asked Sabrina for a refund of the cost of the color and highlights (indicating I liked the cut) but she has not responded to same. I paid $330 to have my head trashed. It's beyond embarrassing to walk about with such an ugly head of hair when I have been blessed with beautiful auburn color all these years. Just saddened beyond words. I should have listened to my gut!

My hair tangles into huge boulders of knots, and in two hours, almost all the knots are gone. I have made two wonderful new friends, and am blown away by their dedication, and sweetness to me as l was struggling with a very complex hair issue. They definitely put the customer first, because they CARE, about your well being. They are top notch master stylists and they do exceptional life changing results to your hair, and your peace of mind. Words alone cannot express how grateful l am. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both of you. Much Appreciation.. Davida Chuckrow

If I had not had that bad experience, this would be a 4 star, maybe 5 star review. But I am moderating it based on what I experienced in the past, while keeping an open mind for raising it in the future. Rosibel was my stylist for my haircut. She did a great job all around. My shampoo was relaxing, I could see her focused on getting my hair right while she did the actual cutting, and her blow dry styling was wonderful. Even my husband noticed, and he doesn't really pick up on that stuff. I was so happy with how my hair looked, it felt like a shame that I was just going home, haha. I wanted to show it off, and that is not my typical post-haircut mood.

They have a frequent buyer reward program. They often give out free samples at checkout. You can order online and pickup at store. There are numerous sales throughout the year. Four stars Ulta has a great variety of products; in fact, so many that better signage is needed so you do not always have to ask a staff member. Some shelves displaying products are low almost to floor and hard to access for this senior. Occasionally, staff seem too busy to assist customers. More staff may be needed. 5 Stars Because I am happy that Lands End clothing can be returned at Ulta. They even have a designated computer for LE returns. The process is quick and efficient. Very convienent and eliminates need to return unwanted items by mail.

While in the area for a wedding, I stopped at this location for some of the "Ulta Beauty Line" eye shadow. My very sensitive eyes seem to love this line because it goes on smoothly and lasts all day. The inside of the store was very clean and easy to find what I needed. It was nice to see that the lines were fully stocked. *I also want to note that the beauty consultants here were very helpful, approachable and I really enjoyed chatting with them about makeup.

I've been here 4 or 5 times at this point and have had a very good experience overall. One thing I…read morelike about the place is, obviously, the price. It's super reasonable to get a haircut here because they are students. On top of that, it feels like a salon (although there are students working on their dummy heads to practice). They have a separate wash room that is a bit more serene and a busy salon floor. The students are generally friendly and eager. They are also supervised by a learning leader (I've noticed there are usually at least two, often three, walking the floor at all times). I think most of the time the students are good about checking in with their learning leader if they're unsure about how to do something. (My two cents: There is a male learning leader with short dark hair who is especially good with the students.) If something is too complicated for a student, the learning leader models how to do it. I did have a student sort of rush, but only once. I still walked out with a good cut, although I think she should have checked in with her learning leader before moving ahead with a part of the cut. She also "styled" by hair with the straightener, which cost $8 more than the $12 cut I was expecting, so that was sort of unpleasant. I'm sure I could have spoken up and had that fee removed since I didn't want the styling, but I didn't feel like getting into it. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the school offered either a physical or digital comment card so that customers could leave feedback for the students. It's not asked for in any way, which seems weird to me considering the learning aspect, and if it were to be asked, I'd rather write it down than have a potentially awkward conversation with the student. That being said, I am really happy with the Paul Mitchell School and will continue to go back for my my cuts, especially since I get pretty simple styles (although I've seen them do great, more complicated stuff on other clients getting work done). I started going here because my coworker's daughter attended the school and she was getting her (great) hair done there (and I was hearing good things about their program from my coworker). I haven't gone anywhere else since.

I was a student here and honestly all of my thoughts could not fit on here but all I can say is,…read moreworst place I have ever been in my LIFE. And this wasn't just me that felt this way. You walk into the student bathroom and people are in tears about how horrible it is. And how they waisted 24 THOUSAND dollars. They can't keep staff because they treat them like absolute garbage. Admin is nothing but rude and do not care about anyone. You learn how to do nails on a paper. They stopped doing all services other than hair. No nails, waxing or pedicures. On top of it all, my parents made a check to them and it bounced! I will say they fixed the problem within 48 hours but the problem should not have occurred. They bash other cosmetic schools because "they teach more" no they do not. Go somewhere cheaper and kinder to students and staff
