When I drove up to the salon and noticed the poorly kept front of the building, I became hesitant…read moreto enter but made excuses as to why it could look like it did (overgrown weeds, chipped paint, etc) and I entered anyway and was greeted by Sabrina who was very friendly and chatty so, contrary to my gut, I had a seat for cut, color coverage of greys, and addition of highlights for "sun-kissed" look. I walked out with cranberry/orange hair for the first couple of inches of hair throughout my head, the rest of the hair a mousy brown. All of it brittle the next day after washing out the palm full of product she put in my hair after washing out the toner. The first pic here is my natural color that I wanted her to mimic over the greys. As to the highlighting before putting toner in, my hair was completely white where streaks of highlighting was to occur but she told me not to worry as she'll darken it up to the desired carmelly color with toner. I have no highlights (pic 2). My hair is "crispy" - I am particularly upset as I am hosting my company retreat in two weeks. I asked Sabrina for a refund of the cost of the color and highlights (indicating I liked the cut) but she has not responded to same. I paid $330 to have my head trashed. It's beyond embarrassing to walk about with such an ugly head of hair when I have been blessed with beautiful auburn color all these years. Just saddened beyond words. I should have listened to my gut!

The place is extremely clean and well kept. There are many booths here, some are on the main floor, and there are an additional 6 booths upstairs. My stylist, Ashleigh, is great! All the other stylists seem very nice as well. I can always count on a good experience here and the pricing is reasonable. I always make appointments when I come, but I believe some stylists do walk ins. If you are looking for a new salon, consider La Bella!

But I am moderating it based on what I experienced in the past, while keeping an open mind for raising it in the future. Rosibel was my stylist for my haircut. She did a great job all around. My shampoo was relaxing, I could see her focused on getting my hair right while she did the actual cutting, and her blow dry styling was wonderful. Even my husband noticed, and he doesn't really pick up on that stuff. I was so happy with how my hair looked, it felt like a shame that I was just going home, haha. I wanted to show it off, and that is not my typical post-haircut mood.
