Roman's Home Improvement is hands-down the best remodeling company I've ever used…read more I contacted Roman shortly after buying a home in Naples and needing a long list of work done quickly and correctly. The project included enclosing an office by building a ten-foot-high wall with French doors, adding electrical and new lighting, tearing out and retrofitting kitchen cabinets, replacing recessed lighting, installing chandeliers, replacing plumbing fixtures, painting, and handling a variety of punch-list items. Within 24 hours, Roman came to my house, took excellent notes, and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He's humble, down-to-earth, and the kind of person you actually want working in your home. The very next day he returned with a highly competitive and detailed bid, estimating the job would take about 7 days. Not only did he deliver exactly what he promised -- he finished in 6 days -- but the real reason I'm writing this review is the quality of the workmanship. Roman and his assistant Matteo (another great guy) showed up every day with a great attitude and were ready to work. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive. Everything on my list was completed to perfection. They also went above and beyond to accommodate multiple changes along the way. I was so happy with their work and professionalism that I asked them to stay on and complete additional projects beyond the original scope. Their pricing was fair, and the transformation was incredible -- my home went from "fixer-upper" to "Wow, this is pretty awesome!" I can't say enough good things about Roman's Home Improvement. After the repair, the pavers began to separate almost immediately the company continuously. Blames the homeowner for the Pavers separating instead of taking accountability for their poor installation. They came out again last week. I'm attaching the videos below. On the same day, they supposedly repaired the driveways. The pavers were moving as you walk on them already had half an inch gaps in between them. This company is not using the cement barriers that they are supposed to use to install the pavers, they have horrible communication. I was told on Friday that somebody would be coming to my home to repair the poor installations. Nobody ever showed up, of course when I called today and spoke with Betty. She was incredibly rude and told me she was on lunch and can't deal with this at the moment she told me to call Lenar if I want an update. This has horrible craftsmanship, disrespectful office, representatives, and poor communication. Save yourself the trouble and money of hiring these people.

Please check your customers information and stop calling people who have not had any business with you.
