I have done a lot of work over the years and am happy to say that if you live in this area, he is your guy. He was fair and honest from the get go. The price he gives you is the price you will pay. I never received any surprise "change orders". As contractors go, Omar was VERY open and communicative. No problems ever getting him or his crew on the phone. He had great suggestions on all things we discussed. Always seemed to know a lot about his work and various things people like. The project was a big one, and I am super happy with how fast it went. He even got started for us over Thanksgiving and Xmas, and his crew would show up on Saturday or Sunday sometimes to keep on working (which was fine with us!). There were no subcontractors involved... everything was through Noor Construction. If we had any minor issues that needed correcting, Omar would come and look at it and tell his crew what to do. We really appreciate the details, crown molding and trim was superbly done, and the tile was just amazing, we are very impressed with his team. I mean seriously anyone who has attempted to do crown molding in the past knows what I am talking about. For details if you've made it this far, our story: Where shall I start. I suppose we start with the idea: build a bedroom in the second floor space of our "great room" which has really tall ceilings... like 30 feet plus. So basically add a bedroom in the second story "empty space" above the first floor. Easy right? Well, after getting ghosted by several contractors, I finally called Omar. He informed he thought we were probably getting ghosted because the architect had told him that footings were needed to support this new bedroom which would be sort of like an island in the middle of the house. We live on a hill, so these support columns would have to go through the first floor, basement, and then under the house. This added to the cost, but we really wanted a bedroom in that space. Omar gave me a price. I told him no thanks, my wife and I thought well maybe we changed our mind as the cost came in higher with the footing work. After a few weeks, we talked it over, changed our minds. We really needed the bedroom. I called him, thinking "gosh he probably won't want our work". Omar came back, no change in price, same deal as before, he didn't even bat an eye, he was ready to go, and this was like 4 weeks later after I told him no. So yea, it was project that I was told was too much for people, everyone didn't want to go get permits or deal with the footings... Omar told us what to expect and stuck to the plan. He dealt with the County and the inspector always came and said even himself "these guys know what they are doing". We passed all inspections. Omar even was super flexible about adding things to the project as we went along, as you know I get ideas about what I might want, we added some carpeting and shelving, and additional tile work that he added at no additional cost to him. He really just knows what he is doing and is super on top of things. So go with Noor Construction if you have the chance, you won't regret it!

As a recently single woman, I admit I was not real savvy on the electrical selections however, I purchased an additional outlet in the pantry specifically for a microwave. The design consultant failed to mention or recommend a dedicated outlet. So not only did I pay extra for an outlet, it is inadequate and shorts out everything in my kitchen should I operate more than one thing (including the oven). Therefore, it is a complete nuisance. Every day I have to go out to the circuit panel and reset the kitchen. This was not something I noticed until being at home for extended periods of time and when I spoke to the Customer Service representatives, they suggested I hire a third party contractor to make the change as there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. Again, I love my home and the overall process but I am disappointed with the lack of care with the design studio and customer service representatives or their lack of interest in fixing the problem. The community is otherwise great, relatively quiet and pleasant to live in. The home was a good value and competitively priced. The advanced technology and safety features in the home including the fire sprinklers were a pleasant surprise as it has been several years since I purchased a new home. I am happy with my purchase. Our home has already increased in value. The area is nice close to schools shopping and the airport. The home is solar. Windows are reflective, and when inside you can barley hear the jets. It's very quiet inside. Great insulation and super effective HVAC system. If your in the market for a new home and no maintenance front yard, then this is the builder for you.
