Amazing work and very good service. I inquired about installing eight ceiling fans and two floodlights, and they came in and got it done very quickly. Very knowledgeable. He let me know that the light switches that I had pre-installed wouldn't work with the fans, so he changed my switches too. If I have future work that needs to be done and I will make sure to contact them always as my electrician.

Called Papo Construction on a Monday. He answered his phone!!! which is rare not to get voicemail from contractors these days. He asked for pics of the job. Texted him pics of the stucco work needed. Got an estimate within 10 minutes. He would've come that Wednesday, but I could only schedule that Friday- totally agreeable. Pretty much mind blown at the efficiency. They showed up on time (think it's a father/son team?), and finished the work in an hour, all at a decent rate. Work turned out good. You can see they get high reviews and plenty of pics for refs. Definitely earned the 5 stars!

Papo Construction is one of the best construction companies I have ever hired. I need to repair my stucco and paint. I also need to do stucco maintenance all around the house. Wow! Talk about efficient quality work! My landlord called Papo Construction yesterday as we have not had half our ceiling for weeks. She was tired of waiting for other drywall companies who booked us weeks from now. Papo Construction was able to come the next morning first thing and start work! They were incredibly professional. They even went above and beyond and cleaned up everything, even the separation wall built to contain the space until repaired. They installed the drywall and painted it perfectly before 3pm. Nema 14-50 installed for my Tesla charger

I reached out to Papo construction to install a Nema 14-50 outlet for my electric vehicle. They messaged me back almost immediately giving me a quote and providing additional information on what work would be done. They also came out and installed it on a Sunday and the gentleman that installed was very professional and nice. He even double checked everything I wanted done before starting. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to get something done right. The cost was very reasonable and on par with other companies I reached out to as well. Thanks again!

The professionalism and quality of work was above my expectations. They taped off the section of room with plastic sheeting which kept the dust and spray contained. Repaired the hole with a larger piece of dry wall. A few layers of mud and sprayed texture finished it off. After a few hours of drying, layers, & texture, it looks like there was never a hole. The guys were skilled. I will hire them again and recommend them to others. read more

We reached out to Papo Construction for a partial siding job on our home. Their response was essentially that they had been approved for a bigger job and couldn't take on our project. While I understand contractors need to prioritize their workload, the lack of interest in smaller projects was disappointing. If you have a large-scale job, they might be worth contacting, but don't bother if you're looking for partial work or a smaller project--it doesn't seem to be worth their time. We ended up finding another contractor who was happy to work with us and did an excellent job at a fair price. read more

Papo Construction did an excellent job repairing stucco damage on our exterior wall. I used Yelp to get quotes for the job and Papo Construction replied quickly. I requested the quote Thursday evening and let them know I needed the wall repaired before noon on Saturday for an open house. They showed up at 8:30 am on Saturday and finished before 10:30 am. Another company quoted a higher price and said it would take two days to finish. Another company quoted a higher price and didn't include repainting the wall. The fans look great and despite the fact that they had very limited crawlspace to work with and no attic space, they minimized the amount of damage to drywall in this little condo. This company started out his quote at $600 for this patch job. He indicates it gas to be done right or I'll have leaks. He must be charging $580 for labor. As a licensed contractor he should have the materials for this small project. I'm writing this review because this persons price is ridiculous. I've watched videos on how to do this repair. The only reason I'm looking for contractor is I don't want to buy the materials to never use them again. I'll end up throwing bags of stucco mix away. This person must have tools made of gold. I don't recommend. read more

I needed the cracks in the stucco sealed prior to the rain. This business responded in a very timely manner and completed the repairs on the same day. The repairs were completed efficiently as it prevented further water from entering my home. The cost was a little too high in my opinion. Review Excellent job and done quickly! I shopped around with other contractors and not only was Papo the most cost effective, he also got the job done in less than a week. I hired Papo Construction for a remodel of my kitchen in February 2022. I purchased the cabinets from Home Depot and Papo and his team took care of the rest. Demo, removal, new floor, new lights, cabinet install, new quartz countertop, painting, backsplash install, minor electrical work, and cleanup. Everything was done with care and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. And the amount of attention into the backsplash is stellar! Papo and his son Mark even walked me through a couple of unexpected small modifications that were done with very reasonable cost. Previous Experience: We hired DL Design Construction last…read moreyear to completely renovate the exterior of our home with James Hardie siding, including windows, light fixtures, and all new electrical with an all new panel. Dimitry and his team exceeded our expectations so much so that we rehired them to build us not one, but two storage sheds. But did they really build us the storage sheds we wanted? Why Rehire? We had one previous storage shed. You know the one that everyone has. The so called Tuff Shed, in reality wasn't so tuff. It was falling apart. It was seated on cinder blocks that weren't stable or sturdy. There were gaps in between the doors and we wanted something more secure and airtight from dust and critters. Especially the smell. You know what i'm talking about if you've had one. We also wanted something more purposeful, and something that would have longevity. So we shopped around looking at Tuff Sheds from Home Depot & Lowes, but quickly realized that they were similar to what we all ready had just with a bit more bandages. We knew within a very short period of time these sheds were going to fail miserably from their design and cheap building material. So we picked up the phone and called Dimitry at DL Design who we TRUST. The Build: After discussing our requests with Dimitry his team went to work. Heres a brief breakdown of the work they did: They tore down the old shed, poured two concrete pads including a walkway leading up to the shed (that we just love). They anchored the shed down to the strong concrete pad, which practically made it tornado proof. They built the frame with precision and excellent craftsmanship. Insulated it so i can store more temperature regulated items. They sheathed the frame with plywood on the exterior as well as the interior. Then wrapped it with a water barrier paper. They installed several windows to help control temperature and bring in natural lighting. They installed a sturdy door with lock and key, which helped secure it, as well as prevent dust and insects from entering in. Unlike the prefab ones that have gaps and fall apart due to water intrusion and warping from sunlight. They finished the inside & outside with the best siding material out on the market, the James Hardie fiber cement siding. They also painted it from inside and outside with high quality paint. And not to fail to mention they installed electrical with an interior ceiling light and 3 outlets. You thought I was done, but i'm not. They also installed 3 custom gutters to help direct water away from the structures. The Upside: With these two new "sheds" we can utilize this space for so many purposes such as a new office space or even a gym. We can store things in there that we could never store in any new prefab shed out there. Such as food as an extra pantry, clothing such a transferring winter wardrobe from summer wardrobe. Storing blankets, towels, bed sheets, and not worry about things smelling like it came out of a shed. We no longer need to worry about bugs or critters getting to our valuables or moving in underneath the crawlspace making a din, since the "shed" is sealed airtight from all around. Why Hire DL Design Construction? Why I love to hire DL Design Construction? Because Dimitry is a great contractor. He combines technical expertise with, honesty, effective communication, and strong organization to deliver on time and within budget. But the major thing we wanted done was the removal of the old and beat-up vinyl siding to have it replaced with stucco for a cleaner look. Plus we would need the house to be repainted as well. Compared to other businesses, it really felt like Angel was looking to provide exactly was needed and asked for, and I never *ever* felt like we were being upsold on anything. In the end, the cost of our project was less than half (!!) what other people quoted us for. Angel's customer service was also excellent. He is patient (we took a long time deciding final colors and he never rushed us) and helpful and there was not a single whiff of any salesman BS about him.
