Always showed up on time and was responsive to any questions I had. Him and his crew were awesome during the demo portion. Put floor and wall protection down and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend Chris and his team to help you out. Very professional and glad It was a good and smooth process coming from horrible situation with water damage. Chris completed his job but the overall job isn't fully complete. Still have to work with them for the rebuild and hope the process continues to be smooth and effortless.

They were incredibly flexible with the scheduling when my closing date got pushed back, and they got the job done in 2 days. Ora Buckley was my contact from this company, and he was great about communicating with me via text through every step of the process, sending me pictures and updates on the project. He went above and beyond to drop off materials, set up plastic for and meet the next contractor at my home to pass off the keys and get them going on my retexture project, as I was still living out of town. The cost was exactly what was proposed to me at their first visit of the property. I feel confident that I selected the best company to properly complete my acoustic ceiling removal and would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.

It's always the little things that stand out the most -- they showed up when they said they would, finished when they promised, and kept my house incredibly clean while they worked. They were beyond respectful of my property throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business for any drywall repairs. Unfortunately, we had extensive damage from a leaking roof, but they completed all the repairs in a very timely manner. Their pricing was also very reasonable.

Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn't tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn't need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn't realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we're so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock,installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! I ensured I was home and available 1 hour prior and after the scheduled time. Needless to say, he was a no call/no show. After 2 scheduled attempts I am dissapointed to say the least.

I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

A second pressure-treated fence post has rotted in my Ergeon fence. Pressure-treated lumber should…read morelast 10 to 15 years, if not longer. As with the first rotted post, which Ergeon replaced while the fence was still under warranty last year, the concrete footing appears not to have been properly sloped to shed water. This post is located in an area that gets wet only when it rains, yet it has still rotted. The problem appears to be a defect in the original installation, exactly like the post approximately eight feet away that Ergeon replaced under warranty. Ergeon's subcontractors may work quickly, but my fence suggests that speed does not translate into quality workmanship. When I contacted Ergeon, I was told the post was outside the warranty period. When I expressed my disappointment that Ergeon would not take responsibility for what appears to be an installation defect, I was then told that Ergeon no longer replaces individual posts and instead replaces entire fence panels. Perhaps that policy is intended to discourage customers from pursuing relatively minor repairs. It certainly seems like a convenient way to turn a defective post into a much larger repair at the customer's expense. I politely declined to pay for an unnecessary full-panel replacement. A few weeks later, I received a message from Juan asking whether I was available between 1 pm and 3 pm on August 5 for an Ergeon representative to address the post. I replied that I was surprised to hear from him after previously being told that Ergeon would replace only the entire panel. I confirmed that I was available and asked for additional information about the work. No response. I followed up again this morning. Still no response. One o'clock came and went. Then three o'clock. No representative arrived, and no one contacted me. Ergeon appears to rely on a seemingly endless supply of new customers rather than supporting the customers it already has. That's a remarkably shortsighted business model. Most residential properties have at least three fenced sides. A customer who hires Ergeon to install one section of fencing could easily return for the remaining sections, provided the company delivers quality work and stands behind it. There's also the matter of referrals. After my fence was installed, a handful of neighbors asked for Ergeon's contact information. I've since told my neighbors that, Ergeon may not be the best choice for a fence installation - based on my experience. I hope this review gives you a healthy warning about Ergeon. It may not affect Ergeon's bottom line, but prospective customers deserve to know how the company handles apparent installation defects, warranty concerns, and scheduled service visits that simply don't happen.
