Well, yesterday would have been the day to render those services. Instead I got a complete run around. I started calling him at 10:am he said he had to have someone else service me because he was stuck on a street in Latham. I asked for gentleman's name he replied Dakota. He further added he would be their no later then 11:am. Well at 12:30pm, I once again reached out to Drew he chose not to pick up his phone and the mailbox was full. Then at 2:pm I called again. This time Drew picked up the phone and was yelling obscenities into the phone now claiming he broke his plow and is stranded in Clifton Park. Yelling Dakota probably went to lunch? I in turn started raising my voice at him stating, I hired you not someone named Dakota. I told him I want my money back. Enough. Long story short Dakota was at my neighbors house plowing. I lost it started yelling his name and screaming where were you? blah blah blah. He came and plowed the driveway fairly well. I provided hot chocolate, water bottles, protein bars. ETC. I gave him a $55.00 tip. Thats right..only for him to proceed to tell me he couldn't do it again for free? I said what? He claims that he did not receive any monies for the work from Drew. At this point I am done and will bring Mr. Boldish to small claims court to retrieve my money. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

I would have appreciated a response sooner than a month, but in the end the the dying trees were removed and replaced with new ones, to my satisfaction. Sam had the crew bring the dying trees back with them so that they can be examined to see if they can determine what caused them to dye off.

In addition, they leveled out another section of the yard that had uneven grading. From start to finish, Sam and his team were incredibly professional, punctual, and diligent in their work. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process before beginning the project, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and conducted a complete walk-through upon completion. Their communication and attention to detail were outstanding. Not only did they execute the job flawlessly and ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond the agreed scope by seeding grass in all of the disturbed areas--an unexpected and much-appreciated finishing touch. This was easily one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend A&S Enterprises for any landscaping, drainage, or patio needs. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
