Since they are being paid for a service, I believe they should be willing to come back if a customer is not satisfied with the condition of their driveway. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up is not acceptable to me, and we will be canceling our service. Communication is also inconsistent, as calls are not always returned. Overall, it feels like customer concerns about leftover snow -- especially when it is too heavy to shovel -- are not taken seriously.
