Though there were some bumps along the way involving scheduling (which they advised us of which in advance) they came on the set day and did a great job. They listened to my wife and modified what they were doing, and after the work was done they cleaned everything up. My son loved watching them through the windows. Sadly, National Grid came less than a week later and removed a bunch of tree stuff that apparently was in danger of damaging their telephone wires.
