I also think it speaks volumes that I've come here for multiple injuries over the years. This place has been a steady support and I absolutely appreciate the love and dedication they put into their patients. They have a real family style vibe. They're not just there to tell you to go work out in the corner. They actually work one on one with you. One of the things I love the most is how much their heart is in the work that they do. I'm a suicide prevention educator and this place goes the extra mile to make sure to check how you are doing. They understand that it's a whole health approach and some days you just can't do 10 different exercises. You just can't. My husband and I have been competitive athletes overtime and Therapy In Motion in Moore sure does know how to put our Humpty Dumpty back together again for us to not only live quality life but to compete in sports that we love. They have a great waiting area if you are waiting for a loved one and the bathroom is always in tiptop shape. The location is great too. If you get the munchies there's an amazing popcorn and candy store and if you get thirsty the liquor store is right next to that! I went here because my insurance (Tricare) is accepted. They have a nice lobby with a big television. They even have coffee out if anyone wants it. The people who work here have all been very nice and accommodating, which is nice when you don't feel good. I have seen two different doctors and both took a good amount of time with me to figure out what was going on. They asked a lot of questions and seemed genuinely concerned. With a prescription (called in by them) I was out the door and ready to be healed. :) Both times I received a call a few days later to make sure that I was doing better. I really appreciated that because both times I had a few questions. They got back to me with the answers and all was well!

When I brought it up, leadership focused more on my "reaction" than the abuse my child suffered. I asked to see the camera footage and was told: "Our cameras don't record." No action was taken. Just avoidance and attitude. From that moment, the tone changed--cold office staff, poor communication, and no consistency in my daughter's care. Still, I kept bringing her, hoping things would improve. They didn't. Then on July 21, 2025, I was verbally attacked in the parking lot by another parent who hit my car. I have full video proof--she started everything. Hours later, I was told my child was expelled because of that "incident." Not one staff member witnessed it. No one asked for my side. They didn't care about my evidence. When I asked again about the cameras, I got the same answer: "They don't record." Let that sink in: I was harassed, and my child was punished. This wasn't about policy. It was retaliation for the March incident, when I dared to speak up. And I have to ask: If we weren't Black, would this have happened? I calmly picked up my daughter, made no scene, and within 20 minutes found a new ABA center that welcomed her with professionalism and care--everything BI lacked. I had been given numerous recommendations for physical therapy, but after choosing OSSPT and seeing the team in action there was no doubt I was in good hands! I had undergone major surgeries to rebuild both legs (including total knee replacement). Dr. Kaytlyn Hansmeyer absolutely performed magic in skillfully restoring both of my legs to full mobility (walking 5+ miles, climbing 20+ flights of stairs, biking, swimming and more...)! Her professionalism and care were most excellent and much appreciated! Each leg had serious issues following surgery. Kaytlyn patiently listened to my complaints and demonstrated a high degree of expertise as she addressed and resolved each issue. My major near-term goal was to be physically fit to serve as Sports Director at a youth camp in Hawaii next month (June).
