The worst most ruthless company . This company bought Sensible Security, an alarm company I had…read morefor over 20 years. When it was sold and changed over, I had them service my alarm. (South shore Alarms). They cleverly had me sign a five year contract. I had to have my alarm constantly fixed. When ever they would come the alarm would work for a week or two and then we would have false alarms, to the point where we were getting fined by Nassau county $250 for each false alarm. The cycle of repair and two weeks later false alarm went on for at least a year . We decided to terminate our contract in writing. The company was obviously not run the same as Sensible Security and we were very unsatisfied on top of fine after fine from Nassau county for false alarms. After cancellation they became totally ruthless slapping us with a law suite. They went after us for the cost of the alarm system which was 20 years old, the remaining four years of monitoring fees and lawyers fees from the group of lawyers they used, with a ton of mounting fees. This firm was no more than a collection agency trying to get money and settle for whatever money they could obtain for their client, South Shore Alarms. NEVER Do BUSINESS WITH THIS Alarm Company !!!! We moved to ADT and could not be happier.
