Over the years, I've come here for all kinds of services requested --from sending out USPS packages and returning big online orders, to getting background check paperwork done and handling other random errands. Every single time, they've made the process easy, quick, and pleasant. On 07/24/26, I handed them a $963.00 laptop that was being shipped back to the seller and the package went missing shortly after. The owner, Benny, accepted no responsibility. His logic was that since the seller created the label and not The UPS Store, his store was 100% absolved. Wrong!! When a customer hands over their package to a UPS Store employee, they have a responsibility to make sure the package makes it to the Longwood UPS Processing Center. This is not the first time a package I have dropped off at this location went missing, which tells me there is a breakdown in processes. But Benny wasn't interested in that. He only wanted to wash his hands of the situation. Alarming, to say the least. I will provide an update on how UPS handled the situation, when I know it. I would recommend finding a different UPS Store to ship your packages from, however.
