Everything, I've gotten service for 23 years and I've been treated like family. All the employees are wonderful.

Also efficient, always friendly. . . this is why i choose this location consistently.

Store is ok and I have never had an issue with their service. What I do have a problem with is their push to sell their MLM products. They blast their pyramid scheme oils and it immediately assaults your nostrils when you walk in. They have little cards set out by their diffuser and honestly I think it's highly unprofessional. Do some research on the history of Young Living and please be aware that no everyone can handle the strong scents of essentials oils in a place of business. read more

My issue is with the owner. He is a bit arrogant and quite patronizing. I have been in over ten times and he talks down to me when I have a question. He needs to hire staff to run his store versus being the face of it. He lacks customer service skills. He might be the closest location to my house but I will be sending my business elsewhere. And for a point of reference this is for the Winter Springs location next to Publix down from winter springs city office. read more

The owner is a real jerk, I thought he was cool people, until I walked in with a mask on, and then he used his honorary degree from ups medical school to try and insult my intelligence. I taught infection control for 5 years and was in emergency medicine for 23. He claims you cant get it in the air. It's not airborne. Him or anyone else that works there have on a mask. That's the last time I ever went there. Im sure it won't take Darwin long to find this store. read more

We do have closer stores, but this is the store of choice. The owner, Eric, has been personally very informative, patient with our concerns, and helps us to make the best shipping decisions for our products! The staff has been helpful, as well. Since I posted my original review, Eric, the owner, has gone out of his way to make me feel welcome in his business. He explained that he was having a really bad day that day and he took it out on me. I have accepted his apology and I have shipped packages from his UPS store regularly since. I'm very glad that the level of service is back to what I look for in a business. read more

I've used this store for shipping, dropping off packages for pickup, and faxing before. Never an issue, staff always helpful. But last week when I asked about getting a UPS hang tag or stickyback UPS envelope for a return package I was told "we don't have anything to do with UPS." So now I guess....I'm just confused. read more

This store has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went to ship two packages and the associate "Josh" gave me the worst attitude! When I would ask to make sure on something (name or address) he would just reply back in the most demeaning and horrible tone like I was an idiot for even asking a question.
