The food was SO delicious, but the food took forever to come out (almost an hour) and it was very hot in the restaurant. The medium portion was more than enough, served with rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains. Everything came out fast and hot, and the price felt very fair for how much food you get. Plenty of seating too, grabbed a window seat, enjoyed the music (which matched the vibe perfectly), and you can tell it's a family-owned spot with regulars coming through. Veggie Empanada (5/5): The empanada was flaky and wonderful. The veggies paired well. I'd get this again. Pizza Empanada (2/5): I felt like the dough was made out of puff pastry.
