I'm used to having normal yearly eye exams but Dr. Vincze really spent a lot of time with me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my eyes and changes that are occurring. When he was done and it came time to picking out new contacts and glasses, his staff were all so accommodating and truly a pleasure to with. No pressure at all, and they have tons of options for every budget. If you're in need of a great Optometrist, I would highly recommend Dr. Vincze and his team!

The office manager Sabrina informed me that the receptionist informed of the cost Sabrina was not present at our conversation so she going back and forward with me about her training them to inform patients about the cost just because she trained them doesn't mean that they can't make a mistake. I never had the test before so I didn't know about the cost. So Sabrina rudely kept arguing with me so unprofessional I will probably never go there again I felt attacked and that she was calling me a lier. Why would I lie about that? Then the very next person she was overly nice. I guess she was having a bad day and took it out on me so unprofessional I have never experienced anything like this in my life. My family and I have been going there for over 5 years and my Eye Doctor retired this place is going down allowing patients to be rudely attacked and embarrassing Unprofessional behavior and uncalled for. I left and it was dark outside I was there for hours many people in the office were complaining and said it was normal to wait for so long. Dr Spencer wasn't bad he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly, his staff however were extremely rude and snippy and made me feel as if I never want to come back. Janelle at the desk was rude and Angie the office major cut me off and shouted at me when I was questioning a bill she was so unprofessional, Rick in the optical department was wonderful and extremely helpful, if I do go back it's because of a Rick. I can't review my new vision…read moreyet as it takes time to fully recover, so I'll update this as soon as I can, but I wanted to review the facility, staff, doctor, and procedure while it was still fresh on my mind. First off - if you're trying to get the "$250 per eye" price they advertise you have to have a very minor prescription. Most don't. It's not false advertising and they put those details in the fine print like every other advertiser. The facility is very nice and well kept. The staff are all very friendly. The day of my consultation they were very thorough in explaining the procedure and answering my questions as well as performing the exam to ensure that I was a good candidate for Lasik. The only thing I wish they'd warned me about before the consultation was that I'd be dilated. On the day of the procedure the three or four nurses in the procedure room were awesome. They talked to me though the entire surgery, which took less than 10 minutes from start to finish and the the "work" on my eyes was less than a minute per eye. The doctor was SUPER personable and you could tell he truly cared about his patients. He's performed Lasik over 108,000 eyeballs!!! I can still see, though my eyes are watery and sensitive, and the surgery was basically painless. There were a few moments things were "uncomfortable", but not bad at all!

However, I decided to go through with the visit since there was no cost for the evaluation. My experience was nothing like how the negative reviews presented LasikPlus. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional and there was absolutely no hint of pressure to write a review, purchase more services or anything else. Dr. Holden was the most personable and informative eye doctor I've ever visited. I was treated as a valued patient throughout the process, even after it was determined I was not a good candidate for lasik. People who try and harm a reputable business by writing bad reviews are just another category of scammers. Although I'm obviously unqualified to review their services, I can certainly tell you LasikPlus offers excellent customer service.
