There was free parking and a clear sign they could do provide the service I desperately needed. How convenient. Yes!! I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. I chose to search for a place that opened at 9AM and found Commonwealth Auto Tags on Swede Rd in Norristown, PA, and when I asked for the price from Commonwealth it was $100.00 more than Nelson and Campbell in Springhouse. I mentioned to Commonwealth that I received a lower price and asked to clarify and Commonwealth hung up the phone instead of assisting me to confirm I was asking for the correct service.
