I placed one photo order for pickup and was guaranteed a same-day delivery. The order should of been done that same night. I decided to wait until the next day to pick up. I entered the store and was ignored by the only man I saw working the front area. He looked half asleep. Once I asked for help he couldn't "find" my order. He didn't try to get me any answers as to where my photo order was in the process. I was not in a rush or anything so I was happy to wait. Instead, he calls someone over for help. She very quickly searched up my order and realized no one printed it out. She then lets me know it would be ready 40 minutes to an hour later. I come back 2 hours later and not only is my order wrong. It was tampered with. Adrianna was nice enough not to send me away and tell me to come back later- rather she printed my puzzle immediately so I wouldn't have to then make a third trip back to the store. There were people lingering around the store and in my personal space that made me super uncomfortable. Won't be coming back here.

It is small, and may not have everything you're looking for that you can get at a chain drug store, but it's personable and the pharmacist knows his stuff. They spend the time you need to understand a new medication or vaccine they provide. They know you by name and care. If they don't carry something, they will order it for you. The location is perfect. It's Downtown and a couple of doors down from Silver Street Market in the Imperial Building. It's around the corner from the post office and an easy walk to the Alvarado Transportation Center. Those who live in the building, across the street, or nearby don't need to walk far to get the care they need. I don't live that close, but it's worth the longer walk or short car ride.

I called back and they have not and will not pick up the phone. Now been waiting another 10 minutes with no answer. This is ridiculous. To begin with there are rough looking people all over the parking lot and wandering through the store; I'm fine with that, I've lived in cities most of my life and everyone needs to shop. But the store treats every customer like someone sketchy . I'd say that 90% of the items are behind glass, even innoucuous stuff like deodarant. It's a wonder the employees get any work done because they're always being interrupted with customers needing access to something. The check out on a Sunday was ridiculous, one (very slow) woman working the front. And, no surprise, she couldn't even be bothered to say hello until I asked her how her day was. She just stared at me while her POS refused to read my card, which seems to be a common problem at the Walgreens in this city. One thing they DO still have are great deals if you use the loyalty card. So I bought two 12 packs of Coke and two 8 pack of LaCroix two for one. But this meant I needed a cart. The problem with that is that you can't take the cart out of the store. So after taking 30 seconds blocking the door trying to get out (and making a drunk woman mumble curses at me) the super friendly security guard offered to help me to my car.So the security guard gets one of the stars. , And there were two teen age sisters buying tons of candy in front of me. They'd obviously been given money to spend on whatever they wanted and they were having a great time, which reminded me of those fun days with my gramma as a kid. So they get the other star. This target is sub-par. Often shelves and whole sections are entirely unstocked (i.e the entire…read moremeat section); or selection is extremely limited (i.e only chicken thighs out of all chicken selections). Additionally, several aisles are completed behind locked shelves. While I am not against the lockers for product protection, the wait is usually around 10-15 minutes from pressing the button to receiving help. And more often than not, it seems like the worker stumbled across you waiting rather than being called to assist you. The self-checkout has a maximum of 10 items (which is understandable to keep them fast), but there is only ever 1 manned register lane open. It creates significant traffic at the entrance/exit of the store. All this hoopla makes you think ordering online for pickup would be easier- but that is not the case. Many times the orders take far longer than the provided 2-hour window even for a circle+ member. I have ordered at 11am to receive my pickup notification at 7:30pm. Often the items I receive from an online order are subpar quality or even expired. This has been the case for fruits, produce, and even hand soaps/shampoos. Their storage must not be well-kept as I've received moldy/separated/off-smelling products. Entirely underwhelming, and would recommend any other target in the Albuquerque area.
