This CVS is ridiculous. I had bought covid tests and I did not even open them and I tried returning them for the other tests they had for the same price and they said they couldn't. They couldn't give be a reason when they made excuses it was open. 1 open not used, everything packaged and 3 other buses closed and not open and still couldn't give me a good reason why. This place already has a bad reputation with bad service and not abject to return things with no reason. Not the place worth going to buy things. Go to a different cvs. These pharmacy people are incompetent and use Jess. The person helping me didn't even know how to scan them. read more

CVS is usually a quick stop and go. The items are on low shelves and you can see the signs over the top so it's easy to scan. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

There is a woman Pharmacist who works there who goes by Erica or Erin, who doesn't care what time the pharmacy is supposed to open. She may show up 40 minutes late and have a line waiting for the pharmacy to open and she doesn't care. Her time is apparently much more important than a mere customer who may be ill and needs their medicine. Five stars for the pharmacy, two for the store. I'm getting sick of the attitude from the employees at this store. This location is extremely convenient, I like the pharmacy, and it usually isn't very crowded... But tonight was the third time I dealt with rude, unfriendly employees. Which just gets old. Tonight, the lady who rung me up, barely said a word to me while I was checking out, despite my awkward banter (I do this when I basically get the stink eye from people, it's a curse) until I started walking away and the one plastic bag she had put everything in (too much in one bag) broke, sending all my newly purchased items all over the floor. Now, this wasn't necessarily her fault, but the response... she proceeded to watch me scramble to throw all of my stuff into my giant handbag. Maybe I am asking for too much, but it would have been nice for to have given me a new bag, helped me, or maybe just said, "oh I'm sorry!" But alas I sat on the floor of the CVS hurriedly, awkwardly trying to grab my belongings... And ended up with an exploding soda. read more

Better than Walgreens! A fresh take on retail pharmacy, not stagnant and old. Clean store, no bums hanging outside. Friendly staff.

I rarely shop here. Unless its to print pictures Im not here often but today I got a groupon ($10 for $20) and thought i'd get a mouthguard I've needed for a while. The selection was horrible very limited compared to Walgreens and the only decent mouthguard they had was $9 cheaper at Target. They don't price match as I found out. Needless to say, my groupon is still waiting to be redeemed. Now I know never to come here again. read more

I love this cvs store and pharmacy. I have never had trouble with prescriptions nor have I had any reason to complain about the store staff. Everyone goes out of their way to help. In fact, one of the pharmacists, I believe his name is Art, he knows me by first name and treats me like a king every time I'm there. And I've seen him act the same way with other people! He's either got the best memory ever or a genius note filing system. Either way, if you want a quality pharmacy coupled with a clean and friendly store, look no further! read more

Great service, clean, and well stocked. I needed a prescription that was being held at another CVS. I called this CVS and they said, "leave it up to us" to resolved. In 20 minutes after my call I got a text message that they had my medicine filled and ready for pickup. This is one of the best CVS pharmacies that I have seen in many years. read more

I used to go in here all the time because it was on my way home, until I ran into the rudest, laziest employee there one day. I was trying to find a price for some vitamins, and they didn't have 2 bottles of the same brand. I asked pharmacy and they paged a supposed manager. This little twat was not a manager, and she had nooooooo business working there. She clearly made it known that I was annoying her and she didn't want to help me. When I asked her about the price because it wasn't marked, she got mad because she told me to just look at the tags. I told her I did. She tried to look for the price and kept quoting me the wrong price, from the tags mind you. Then she told me to 'figure it out' by looking at other prices. Then I asked her if there were more in the back. Right away she shook her head and said no. Didn't bother to go look, didn't bother to get a scan gun to check either, just sipped from her drink she was carrying around. At this point I was done with her. I didn't trust anything she said, and I asked her what her name was and she said Camille. Then I asked if she was a manager, she said no they were busy. So I had to go up to the front and first tell Alicia how much the other twat pissed me off because she wasn't doing her job. Alicia was awesome and had no problem helping me, where Camille fell short. First, she scanned my bottle to check the price. There was a FOUR dollar difference from the real price vs what Camille said. Then, there were actually THREE bottles of what I needed in the back. I had 2 bottles but 2 different brands so I wanted to know how that works with their special - buy one get one free. She said I could take the two I have, or unfortunately she'd have to call twat up to run the register while she went to the back to get more. I should have had her make twat come so she could apologize to me while Alicia went to do her job. But I didn't. I paid and left, satisfied that poor Alicia had to do twats job and make up for her. Which she always does all the time anyways. So if you go here, don't get any help from a twat named Camille, a short little girl with a horrible attitude, long blonde hair, and noooo customer service skills. Walk away in the opposite direction and go find Alicia or someone else!! read more
