As a response he took the insulin away from me that was for my son, who had run out of supply today. He said he wasn't CVS and didn't have to give me the insulin and forced me to apologize. When I tried to purchase my Allergy medication she informed me I was denied, handed me a receipt, and told me to leave. I left and found out online that if I purchased 15 24-hour tablets I would pass the 30-day limit on Pseudophedrine. I found out that if I bought 20 12-hour tablets instead I wouldn't be over the limit. It wasn't exactly what I wanted but it was good enough to relieve my allergy symptoms for the time being. I waited in a long line again and explained to the same pharmacist what I found out. She looked at me like I was a criminal, and told me she couldn't help me because I was already denied once. I asked her if I could go to another pharmacy and get what I needed. She didn't know. I went to a cvs later that day and was politely helped to get what I needed.

All but one employee I have ever come across at this Walgreens have been extremely helpful and friendly. They open the second front register when the front starts to form a line. I've also checked out in the pharmacy before. Even though I'm not used to pharmacies which completely close during lunch, when they've been open, they have always been cheerfully useful regarding questions. This Walgreens location is also a local drop-off for FedEx. You just take your pre labeled packages to the photo department, and a Walgreens employee will take your info in order to text you a receipt with tracking. On my most recent visit, a most pleasant employee at the front saw me with a box and was kind enough to take care of it for me right them and there saving me time. I feel secure leaving a package in their care. This Walgreens store is always clean and fun to browse. Sometimes you can find some good deals on things like notebooks, saline nasal spray, stuffed animals, candy, locally themed t-shirts and sweatshirts... Their hair care and seasonal aisles are always worth a look. You can even find quite a few groceries here. Walgreens also still carries tobacco products unlike a certain competitor. If you like candy, take a look at what's in the display on the left side of the checkout counter for the featured specials of the month. Four stars mainly for customer service and cleanliness.

This place…read moreis usually super busy, I have never waited less than a couple people in front of me, but the pharmacists and techs could not be more patient or helpful. Typically at less one person in front of me is in a rush or has an issue with something or frankly an attitude with the techs. Every time I have come, they have acted with patience and kindness and took all the time needed to make sure people understand the issues they may be having or the delay in their medications. And they always apologize to me if there has been a delay in my wait yime. Could not have better things to say about this location!

This is probably the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been in in my life... I've even had situations where they call me and leave a message to please call your Walgreens pharmacy, I called them back... And if they do answer the phone they don't know what I'm calling about. Incompetence reigns supreme. The worst thing is that they DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME. Several times now (at least five times) I have called in a prescription and been told that it will be ready after 11 o'clock and it is never ready. I show up today at 4:30 PM and it's not ready and they tell me it will take an hour. The pharmacy I used to go to at a grocery store in Virginia was 10 times more efficient, better communicators, more pleasant to deal with this place. When I ask them why they are so Bad at their job, they have a ton of excuses but never an apology. I am trying to find another pharmacy, even if I have to drive an extra 15 minutes each way to avoid having to come to this place ever again.
