I am no longer a customer (I used to have certain medications filled here because of price…read moredifference). I've had issues with every thing they have filled for me. They have provided medication to me from a manufacturer that I had previously had an allergic reaction to (same medication, different inactive ingredients, so - we switched manufacturers). I was told that it would be noted on my account to prevent it from happening again in the future. Unfortunately, it apparently didn't and I just have finally had enough. Management is very condescending, the systems and processes implicated seem to be very slow and complicated and seem to overall lack integrity.

(during operations hours, not lunch) i went 5 separate occasions in one week and every time was the same, "no pharmacist on duty." they called me and very rudely asked if i planned on picking them up and when i told them yes and the situation, she [the pharmacist] replied "well i don't know what you're talking about i've been here all day everyday" yet i had gone that day and no one was there. she the proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.

As she left the lights went out in the pharmacy. I pulled forward and I saw peoples backs as they were leaving the pharmacy. There was nobody behind me. I am APPALLED by the lack of compassion. I am pissed about the poor customer service. I am changing to CVS.
