I turned away, took 3 steps toward the door but still is close eye sight of that clerk, then realized that the home test purchased was Covid only. I turned and approached that clerk, handed him that purchased test kit for exchange, and was directed to the rear of the store to the pharmacy where I found the 3 in 1 test kit. When I returned to pay the balance in that exchange ( about $2), the clerk discovered that the prior mistaken kit couldn't be returned or exchanged. He called the store manager. Both of us, the clerk and I, told her the mistake and that I had never left the store or the clerk's sight. I literally had the mistaken purchase for just 30 seconds in my hand. She adamantly refused to assist in correcting the mistake or refunding my money. She claimed "the CVS system will not allow it. There is nothing I can do." I purchased the second and correct test kit. My wife tested POSITIVE for influenza A. I won't be going back to any CVS if a soulless computer runs all customer service.

When I dropped off the camera I mentioned the seal on the bag was not great and was told it would be reinforced. I didn't hear back for weeks and stopped by a few times to inquire about possible delays and was given different information by every employee I spoke with. I was finally able to speak with an associate on the phone who was extremely helpful and worked hard to inquire what happened to my photos. It turns out that the bag was not sealed and showed up to the photo facility empty. I'm very appreciative of her hard work getting to the bottom of what happened, but frustrated because my photos were lost due to an issue that I asked another employee about and was told would not be an issue. At this point I know there isn't anything that can be done, but I hope this prevents this loss from happening to anyone else, as these photos can never be replaced.

Every time I go to pick up necessary prescriptions, they mess something up. The techs are all incredibly rude, and I have seen one woman there make multiple people cry as a result of her attitude. The pharmacist, Vela, is terrible at her job. The pharmacy constantly mixes up prescriptions, says they are ready then are confused why you are there to pick up prescriptions, and fill prescriptions without notice when they are not on auto fill. This has caused many problems, as they refuse to fill them when they are actioned, because they secretly filled it without notice. These people hurt people. They don't care that they hurt people. They lie about actions. They make sick and old customers cry. These people should lose their license. While I will not be returning, I will be reporting these people for the good for others. Whatever you do, go anywhere else.

When I called today to check in the status of our medications, the pharmacy tech said as of 2025, Walgreens no longer accepts our secondary insurance! Would've been nice to get that information before March! Also, according to their website, Walgreens does accept our secondary insurance, which makes sense bec they've process rx for many months in 2025 for our family.
