I did not wait too long to be called. The agent did not understand my need and consulted with her supervisor, who appeared to be training her. The supervisor understood the services I needed, but informed me that they only did them for their employees and another company, and only through a different process from the form I presented. The DMV is a major organization for Americans and for its immigrant population from around the world. This massive group of people deserves to be valued with well trained professional people, and posed questions that only go toward their needs. Additionally, the US government needs to ensure that DMV have the best internet services that appropriately state their services Like Prince William law enforcement.
