Do NOT use this pharmacy if getting your prescriptions on time is important to you. I recently switched to this CVS because I moved to right down the road. They have been late 5 months in a row for my prescription that I've been on for 16 years. And this 5th time it is 5 days late and all they say is "oops, sorry, we don't have it, nor do we know when we will."!!!!!! WTF is that about it!?! Anytime any other pharmacy has been late, they say oh we are out but we will have it the next day. And if you want to send to another CVS you have to have your DR resend!! Other pharmacies they simply transfer your script to another location that has it. To top it off they will notify you that it is ready when it isn't!!! I'm absolutely blown away with the pathetic service and incompetence! I will stick around only because I don't want to do them any favors and so when they are incompetent I will be loud about it!! Do your job and order the medication that you must supply at your store. Or simply turn people away. Do not take a script from a Dr you can't fill, so one can go where they can fill it! CVS has been an excellent place to pick up my prescription. There were two locations in Anthem, and recently, they merged into one. Since this merge, the current location has been outstanding. Recently, I had to go inside to get some advice for my puppy stomach, and right when I walked in, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman who listened to my needs, went and talked to the pharmacist with me, and then led me to the exact place to find electrolytes for the pup. I was thankful for this extra dose of kindness. I highly recommend this CVS. read more

We had an entire garbage bag of opioids, random over the counter AND prescription meds from when a family member was going through cancer treatments that needed to be disposed of. Believe it or not, I called 6 or 7 pharmacies and this was the first store that had a take back bin for meds. You didn't have to consolidate the bottles, just drop them all in the metal bin during pharmacy hours and you knew it would be taken care of safely and properly. read more

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS CVS FOR COVID TESTING. They say they will have the test results in 1-2 days. They lied. There is no testing on the weekend. We scheduled a trip to Hawaii with a Monday departure the 19th. The state requires a clear COVID test within 72 hours of departure to Hawaii. We went in Friday the 16th to get the test back with 72 hour departure window. I am writing this on Monday April 19th after not getting any test results back. We spent all morning on the phone trying to get some answers as to why we didn't get the test results. 4 different numbers, 4 different customers. We went back to CVS were told it's 1-2 business days. NOT 1-2 DAYS. You can't get a test within the 72 hour window to go to Hawaii. This worst customer service ever. We have lost a lot of money because of this. Flights, hotels and other fees. Will not use CVS again for anything. read more

Although this pharmacy is great at dispensing prescriptions in a timely manner and they are good at notifying via text about the status, they never answer the phone. When I went to the store after being on hold for 40 minutes, the phone was continually ringing with no effort by the staff to answer. When I inquired about it, I was told they weren't answering the phone because they were short staffed. I said that was fine, but they should change their phone message to let people know that so they don't wait endlessly on hold. I even offered to wait for them to help me so they could answer the phone! The pharmacist said they didn't need my input and that "they got this!" Very rude and condescending. Bottom line...don't call them. They will not pick up! read more

I am from OH. Last week I was in Anthem, AZ. I started getting rediculous blood pressure readings. Per my doctor in OH, I needed to take additional blood pressure pill that I did not have with me. I needed to find the pharmacy I use in OH but there were none in the location I was in, so I went to this CVS store. The team in this store seemed quite busy however, they worked expeditiously and called my pharmacy in OH right away to order scripts to be transferred. In a very short time, everything was taken care of and I was able to get my pills without having to come back. It most likely also saved me from a trip to ER. I just wish to thank the team at Store 7264 (Anthem, AZ) for helping me when I needed it. I will be coming back to AZ in the future and plan to visit your beautiful store again! This pharmacy is the best! It takes longer to drive back from my doctor than it does for CVS to fill my Rx!!! Staff is friendly and helpful. I refuse to have prescriptions filled anywhere else. read more

WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I scheduled an online COVID-19 shot and I received a text an hour before my appointment saying it was cancelled, when I did not cancel it and the text didn't say why it was cancelled. So I go to reschedule online and it said my appointment was available so I called the pharmacy and the lady said it was fine for me to just walk in. So I did and showed up at my original appointment and the lady said that they had no information on me and she had put my birthday in the computer incorrectly. She then scheduled my next appointment for September 8th and I told the lady that I could do anytime after 12 none before because I have school so she scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm. I then waited 30 minutes to get my shot and then I left. I received at text for my next shot to confirm and I see it said September 8th at 11:00 am. When I told the lady 2! I then try to fix it online where it does not allow you to and the pharmacy will not show up. I called twice and was on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I even called the front desk and the guy said I could go to the other CVS in anthem, and that they didn't have the best pharmacy workers working today. And then I decided to just got back. The lady I spoke to didn't even look up my name when I told her the situation, she turned to the guy and said will it be fine if she's late to her appointment? IM NOT LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT, YOU GUYS SCHEDULED IT WRONG. And then she turns to me and said the guy will be here all day that day and it's fine if I'm late to my appointment he'll just give me my vaccine when I get there , and didn't even look up my name or give me an apology. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to and may even go to another one because I don't want to deal with there careless pharmaceuticals. read more

Always helpful and very customer service oriented in the pharmacy. We get all our prescriptions filled here. Wait times have always been minimal. The drive thru pick up is easy. The pharmacists are always happy to answer questions and they all go out of their way to get you the best price. Highly recommend. read more

Horrible horrible pharmacy service. Took over 30 minutes to fill a 5 and 7 day prescription by the lady behind the counter. The lady then gave a hard time even after the manger said it was OK to use the Cvs rewards points. Word to the wise I know it's not a easy job to fill prescriptions but if you are dealing with customers take a lesson on how to do some customer service. read more
