This is the dirtiest Circle K I have EVER experienced as a traveler. I came here because, I couldn't hold it and Circle K has the best cola, crushed ice and Styrofoam. And I could always depend on a clean rest area. This is a highly trafficked Circle K which does not allow the excuse of poor hygienic practices. Located right on the off ramp and on ramp Bathrooms-disgusting, no seat covers, minimum toilet paper,. If you did have a seat cover, you still wouldn't want to use it here. I almost vomited because of the urine stench Soda area-dirty. Coffee Counter-trashy Sweeping-likely never done I could tell the owners nor employees take pride in their work. No employee should have to work in this environment. A professional cleaning service needs to come clean this place. I'm sure it was this filthy even prior to covid although I've never been here. On the other side, gas was cheap, buying packaged snacks was quick. I would not recommended patroning this business until they bring things up to standard. Obviously the Circle K franchise has never been here. read more

I'm not surprised by reading the other reviews but if you can hold it...run to any other gas station. The bathrooms are so disgusting. I stopped at 8am so it's not like they were too busy to get to it. No small garbage cans so bloody pads all over. Health Department beware! Shame on you lazy circle K , disgusting read more

The staff last night were so kind and understanding when I had to use the restrooms when they were closed for cleaning. They were just so accommodating all the way around. Dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen in a Circle K. A woman came out of the ladies saying there was smelly pee all over the floor. The men's was worse Don't stop here unless gas is all you need The lady alerted the attendant about the women's room - he didn't seem to give a damn. read more

They don't care. ALL coffee machines were full of grounds and not usable til emptied. Had to wait for clerk, who seemed bothered, to empty one so it could be used. Windshield cleaning buckets ALL dry and unusable. Very dirty store. What should have been a two minute stop took 10. What's the point of having squeegees if there's no water. Very slow service. Circle K in general has continued to go down hill. Go to QT if you want cleanliness and service. Very poor management here read more

These bathrooms are disgusting. If my daughter didn't need to go so bad we would have moved on. It was obvious that this bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a really long time. There was dirt and grime and pee built up around the base of the toilet plus pee on the seat. read more

Don't stop here. They won't let you use the restroom but will let you buy gas, food etc. do as long as they make money they want you to come. Plus they were really grouchy and rude. Yes, I did purchase gas, but won't stop at any more circle k as I drive across country. read more

I am a sales rep here in Arizona. I've probably been into every Circle K in the state at one point or another. Congratulations Anthem Circle K! You are the worst of them all. Filthy bathroom, no soap, no paper, dirty entrance, dirty gas pumps and islands. Overall, all of them are unkept, "see cashier for receipt", understaffed. Hopefully all Circle K locations will be sold to a company that cares about their customers. read more

Wow. Went in to this circle k on my way back from a trip up north. I chose circle k because I had Fry's VIP points to get 10 cents/gallon off my gas. I took my son in to use the restroom and it was DISGUSTING!!!! It had a lot of use from the holiday traffic I'm sure, but the floor was almost entirely covered with toilet paper, paper towels and all kinds of nastiness!!! No more paper towels and very little toilet paper left to use. Went to pay for my gas, and had to wait for the 2 cashiers to stop talking. I immediately told the male cashier I wanted to use my points. He asked me my phone number, but stood so far away and didn't look at me when I gave it to him that he must have heard wrong. He said it was declined. I asked him to try again. That's when he pushed the button on the register and shrugged his shoulders. I was ready to lose it, but I had my son with me. I told him that he should have been paying attention to me better than the attention he gave the bathroom. He said "I've been trying to get back there". Really? You both were just chatting when I was trying to pay. But I just left. I called to speak to a manager, but apparently the woman that answered the phone couldn't help me out with that or take a message. If you're still reading this, I'm sorry. I can't even give anyone a dirty "turn that down" glare. Not a chance for a "can you be more rude" stare. A moment of silence, please. Please. Please. Argh!! Really, I just want a moment for me. Standard Circle K, pretty tidy for being under construction. Restrooms could use a little tending and the food warmers could use some more grill items. Be careful of the hill turning onto the street next to it, it's a bit steep and it's easy to bottom out a standard sized sedan with passengers if you don't take it at the right speed and angle. Our cashier was also very quick and polite which is always a welcome response at a gas station. read more

Zero stars but would like to post that the staff is rude and has no customer service whatsoever! The restrooms are dirty and very unsanitary. I told the store clerk the restrooms needed to be cleaned and she didn't say a word but instead gave me dirty look! I didn't suggest to be a pain but it was straight out disgusting! I went to get gas at this gas station on Daisy Mountain Road in Anthem, AZ. The pumped was busted and as soon as I turned it on gas went everywhere. It went all over me, my car and the ground. I went in to tell the the staff what happened and have someone clean it up. However, the guy working told me I was drunk, laughed at me and told me it was my fault. He couldn't help me because there was a line at the register. However, there were two people working behind the register. I guess Circle K wants gas fires and people's skin to be injured due to gas spilling on them because their pumps are broken. He never helped me or the situation. I had to call and ask for help from family and friends because I was scared to drive off....all while the worker was laughing and being very rude to me. Do not use this Circle K - you can't trust the pumps or the workers to help you. read more

I like this place, but the line is always really long, one person at the register. Every time I ask "are you the only one her?" And the answer is always the same. "No, but they are doing other things". Turns out there is alway three people, but customers aren't a priority. read more

Don't get fuel/gas in Anthem at Circle k. They don't have security stickers over the credit card readers on pumps and I have had my credit card info lifted twice. Also when you select pay inside at the pump you are told to prepay with the cashier. ( why select pay inside if I have to go in before/ I just want to fill up and now have to guess how much fuel I need.) I filled up my Jeep here on 1/31/2016 - receipt was for $29.49. Five minutes later I got an e-mail from my Discover card showing a $125 charge. Called Discover and was told that the company had put a hold on my card for that amount until they post the charge. Stopped by the gas station on 2/1/2016 over 24 hours later and was told that they didn't do this - the credit card company did. Called the credit card company back and they restated that this was done by the gas company. Since I have a copy of the receipt for the actual charge, do not understand at all why Circle K is holding more than than the actual charge. Find this behavior very WRONG! read more
