Some broths are made. At Pho Legend, they're created. Vietnamese food legends? Apparently they're created in Anthem, too. From the second you walk in, you feel it. The energy is warm. Friendly. Outgoing. The kind of place where people are genuinely glad you showed up. Bren, our server, was perky, dialed in, and full of great recommendations. The kind of service that makes the meal better before the food even hits the table. Mai, the owner, started Pho Legend as a passion project. Her goal was simple: show Anthem what real, quality Vietnamese food actually tastes like. No MSG. Broth simmered for three days. Three. Days. That kind of patience shows up in every spoonful. And she's so sweet and wonderful. Worth the trip just to meet her! My wife ordered the beef pho and her only complaint? She got full and had to stop eating it. Tragic, honestly. I went with the seafood pho and wow. This is one of those rare bowls where you don't reach for the hoisin or the sriracha. You just don't. The broth stands completely on its own. Deep. Clean. Rich. Excellence in a bowl. And the egg rolls? Crisp. Fresh. Gone way too fast. Five star excellence. Anthem is lucky to have this one.

So elated that there's a Pho restaurant opened up in Anthem. Not your typical decor as this used to be a sushi restaurant Trappers so they keep the inside the same. Server was very pleasant and they serve alcohol here which is rare. I ordered a small Pho Bo with extra meat. The broth was excellent, flavorful but not salty. I would've liked my broth more on the hot side as the raw meat wasn't really cooking in the broth. They seem to serve non traditional types of pho like seafood, ribs, shrimp, and grilled pork/chicken. My BF order the Bun Bo Nam Bo which is a vermicelli rice bowl. I didn't try it but I thought their rice bowls were insanely priced. Usually it's about $15 but they're charging $20 a bowl. Definitely will be back as it's local/convenient and the food was delicious!

I have had pho in Toronto, DC, Charlotte and now AZ. This spot is really good! The broth is so good! The meat was tender. Good customer service!

After hiking sidewinder trail, I came across amazing reviews for Pho Legend. It was a quick drive from the trail and to my next stop, the outlets. Upon entering, I noticed that the restaurant is extremely clean, bright, and welcoming. The person at the front was super friendly and seated me right away. After ordering right away, I met Mai, the owner. It is clear how proud she is of her establishment and for good reason. She takes pride in her food and is happy to talk to customers. As I mentioned, I was coming down from a hike. My food was PERFECT. I mentioned to Mai that I was full but didn't feel heavy or uncomfortable. My pho was hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The hot chili crunch oil is a great add in. I told Mai that I plan to return and that I would suggest this spot to anyone in the area. Definitely worth the drive or stop! Thank you Mai!

Came by on a Monday for lunch. Plenty of seats available as they have numerous seating options. Reviewed the menu and went with the Bun Cha and smoked salmon spring rolls. Spring rolls were okay and the dipping sauce helped enhance the flavor a bit. The Bun Cha followed shortly after and looked pretty good, but I found it to be decent at best. Maybe I'll give this place another try in the future. To try and improve this review, I will say that the waitresses were very kind and attentive for my entire meal.

We stopped in at Pho Legend and honestly, it was such a great experience from start to finish. Everyone there, including the owners, was so friendly and welcoming. We sat up at the bar, watched football, and just had the best time. The food was absolutely amazing. We tried the Smoked Salmon Spring Roll, Chicken Pho, and Pho Ribs, and every single dish was packed with flavor and so fresh. You can really tell they put care into what they serve. It's the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and genuine people. I love supporting local restaurants like this one, and I can't wait to go back again!

My wife and I are on vacation, traveling back to California when we decided to stop by Legend Pho in Anthem, AZ. Having visited many Vietnamese Pho restaurants, I can confidently say this one stands out. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of a sports bar and an elegant vibe, creating an inviting setting. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcomed. The owner even stopped by our table to chat, adding a personal touch. Our waiter Greyson was especially gracious. The food was phenomenal--definitely try #24 or the Legend combination. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, and surprisingly, there was no MSG. This meal truly exceeded our expectations and made our trip memorable.

Chicken fried rice. The best we have ever had absolutely delicious!

We love Pho Legends! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is top notch, and the food is consistently delicious. Every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommend!

    Must try! All delicious.

This place is a hidden gem! I loved everything! The food is authentic and delicious. The pho was some of the best I've had. The broth alone was perfect. They have a full bar that spotlights Vietnamese inspired cocktails- the dragon fruit signature drink was delightful. I will go back again and again to hear more stories from Mai's homeland! The people are friendly and the service is great!

Local Gem Alert! We tried Pho Legend in the Fry's shopping center and it totally exceeded expectations. The food is super fresh, packed with deep, delicious flavor--and even my 5-year-old said, "We better come back here!" Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't yet!

Finally tried the Pho Legend in the Fry's shopping center. Why did I wait so long!? The food is delicious, fresh and healthy! The owner is an absolute sweetheart and genuinely wants the community feedback and is very passionate about her establishment and quality of service and food. She's working on perfecting her Vietnamese iced coffee and had us try a sample. Tasty stuff! I will definitely be going back! Get over there and try it!

Went here for the first time on the way to Flagstaff. Got the crab rangoons and smoked salmon spring rolls for appetizers. It was sooo good. The rangoons were actually filled unlike some places where it's mostly air. Spring rolls were big, the veggies were a nice touch. Also ordered Thai tea and Vietnamese ice coffee. Thai tea was good. Coffee was a bit watery and had no sugar/sweetness to it. Got the Bun Bo Hue. I must say, it didn't really taste like the traditional Bun Bo Hue broth. It kind of tasted like tomato and chicken soup? Tomato taste was very strong. It was still delicious though, just not what I was expecting for Bun Bo Hue. My partner loved it regardless. They didn't provide us with any side garnishes like bean sprouts, jalapeño, limes, basil, etc. Nor any sauces. The owner did came out to greet us just like the other reviews were saying. She was sweet. Went here again coming back home from Flagstaff. This time we got the crab rangoons, deep fried calamari, Thai tea, and the Pho Legend Combo. Didn't get a picture of the calamari because we ate it so fast lol. Thai tea this time wasn't as great but still okay. Pho was rich and light. The rib was a bit on the dry side. They did provide the garnish plate and sauces this time after asking for it. Servers were very nice, well informed on the menu, and I loved that they can pronounce the menu items in Vietnamese. The place was super clean and spacious. They even have a bar area. If only I lived closer so I could go here every week lol.

First of all, ordered at the counter and chose our seat. Place had plentiful tables to choose from. Menu had a variety of sandwiches, vermicelli, and rice plates. So many choices, but my tummy stuck with the sandwich. When the nicely wrapped sandwiches came to our table, I we were pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were more than generous and huge. I ordered #2 - grilled pork, pate, fried egg, and with all the trimmings. Absolutely delicious! Bread was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Protein fillings were not skimpy at all- the grilled pork was not overly salty, the pate was a nice thin creamy flavorful layer, and the fried egg was perfect and fluffy to top. The produce- pickled veggies with decent balance of cilantro and thinly sliced jalapeños! Omg soooo good. All fresh and flavorful! Can you pls open another eatery in San Antonio?!

An employee quickly cleared the table without hesitation, wiping it down and giving us a pleasant greeting. He was also clearing plates through the small space. It looked like there was just one person working the counter and he was also helping to cook. Everything was cooked to order. We ordered a BBQ pork banh mi, spring rolls, and a pork eggroll noodle bowl (which is my newest obsession). The vegetables on the sandwich were fresh and flavorful; we had some inconsistent knife cuts on the pork resulting in "a big 'ole hunk of meat" on one side of the sandwich, but no big deal. A few issues for me, which may not be a deterrent to you: The rice noodles were overcooked to my taste and my noodle bowl was missing the crunch of bean sprouts! Those same mushy noodles were in the spring rolls. We both didn't care for the addition of bacon in the spring roll and the peanut sauce was the consistency of peanut butter, but we mixed it with siracha and made our own little spicy sauce. All in all a friendly, clean, and inviting place!
