They filled the wrong prescription, and I even questioned them to make sure it was the correct one, and they said yes. I had already given them my credit card. Very disappointed with the pharmacy. Got to the drive thru at 7:45. There were 3 cars ahead of me. The car ahead of me got to the window at 8:00 and they closed the pharmacy without providing service. They should have a sign or something to tell people that the pharmacy is closing after this car. Will be transferring business to Walgreens. Antioch CVS Pharmacy Service is hit or miss. Today was a sad miss, again. Pharmacy Tech was uncaring, untimely, unprofessional with his remarks. If he wouldn't have been snotty, I would not have been so aggravated and stressed. No one needs this when feeling in pain. Came to pick up COVID-19 test and was asked to return the next day . Lack of professionalism and pure laziness. If you don't want to work don't work. Waited 15 minutes before they acknowledged me. Went to Walgreens on Rollins Rd and Cedar Lake and was able to get in and out quickly. It literally took less then 10 minutes to get the test. read more

Seemed to be a nice CVS. The staff very helpful and courteous but the women's restroom was disgusting. Toilets were dirty, floors were dirty, sink was dirty and the mirror looked as if it was never cleaned. Steaks from top to bottom. I'm sure the employees use those restrooms too so I wonder how this an go unnoticed by staff or management. read more

Don't develop photos here. Ever. They're garbage in quality. They're all pixelated. Get your photos developed at Walgreens down the street. Their photos are so much better in comparison. I'll have to give a couple of stars since the CVS did have a beauty product that Walgreens didn't have. read more

This pharmacy refuses to honor repeated requests to never auto-refill prescriptions and never contact my doctor for renewals without my direct authorization. They refill even when I respond "no" to text prompts. I constantly check that nothing is set to auto-refill in the app, I complain to local and corporate management repeatedly, but it keeps happening. Transferring to Caremark mail order (which doesn't have this problem and I actually like) never cancels my prescriptions at the brick and mortar store and mucks up everything with insurance to the point that my mail order refills get refused because the system still thinks it was filled at the physical store days after I've refused that refill. When I do have to go there for a one-off script, their second drive thru lane never works but they don't put a cone out to keep you from driving into it, their main drive thru lane is always stacked at least 3 cars deep, and their inside service is horribly slow. My insurance gives me zero choice in pharmacies and it's like they take that as permission to never fix their problems. It's not like they don't know. I've been complaining for three years! I will be switching pharmacies. I started using CVS a year or more ago. They were wonderful. Customer service has been lost along the way since then. Telling me there were no more refills on my dogs prescription, even thoough there was and it had been refilled without any word to me. I realize some people say its only a dog but sorry he is a member of my family that has gone through cancer and is still fighting a kidney disease. I will not be going back there again. read more
