I have never been treated with such disrespect. One bad experience I can just assume the person I'm dealing with is having a bad, but several times isn't just a bad day it's poor training and bad service. The pharmacist here likes to argue about producers and after following these he adds more in just to wast even more time. I was suckered in and treated to a high pressure sales situation that was very uncomfortable. It went from overpriced skincare to red light therapy devices that they wanted thousands of dollars for. The sales people were very skilled at their craft, but I hate being pressured to do anything, let alone spend money. I would advise anyone to stay away and not be sucked in by free samples. I explained that my appointment was scheduled for 9:20 a.m., which was confirmed both via their text system and again by phone the day prior. I was told I was "incorrect" and that the appointment was actually for 9:15 a.m. I then showed my original confirmation on my phone clearly stating 9:20 a.m., at which point a 9:15 a.m. cancellation conveniently appeared. Despite being less than two minutes late for an appointment that had been confirmed for 9:20 a.m., I was told they could not accommodate me because they were fully booked and insisted my appointment was at 9:15am despite seeing with their eyes, that it was at 9:20am (they did not share evidence that their system actually indicated 9:15am and the individual was very rude from the get go). There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the discrepancy, and no accountability--only repeated insistence that I was out of luck. When I expressed that this was unfair and suggested their booking system needed to be corrected, the response was simply, "I agree," with no further effort to help. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and the tone throughout was dismissive and unprofessional. This was one of the most rude and unjust customer service experiences I've had. The lack of any type of apology for the inconvenience to me, was icing on the cake. Unfortunately and mysteriously I'm currently unable to log into my account or reset my password; otherwise, I would include the staff member's name.

After picking out replacement items, the staff suddenly said we couldn't do the exchange after all. Honestly, I always suspected the prices were too good to be true for the quality of their items, and now we also learned that some of their jewelry contains cancer-causing ingredients. To make matters worse, there's no phone number to reach the company--only an email--making it extremely difficult to resolve any issues. The inconsistency, dishonesty, and potential health risks make this a store we will never return to.
