Is it possible to give a negative star rating? If it were, I would give a -5 stars. I can not begin to describe accurately how horrible this store is. The customer service. or lack there of, is the problem. And it ranges from the pharmacy to the front checkout. I have a horrible experience almost every time I go, but I'll just list some of the extreme situations. Let's start with the pharmacy. The wait is horrific whether you're inside or the drive through. I've waited in a very long line inside before, only to have the cashier walk out for her break before I got to the front, with 10 other customers in line and tell no one!!! I mean there was no one to replace her and the pharmacists just stand there with blank looks on their faces. And this has happened more than once, so this is obviously company policy??? I've been overcharged there on numerous occasions, having to go back and "deal with the situation" when it wasn't so crowded! I personally don't have an extra $80 to be spending on scripts because their employees are morons and don't know how to properly bill insurance companies or use pharmaceutical coupons nor do I have the time to come back after every mistake. The front cashiers have their own issues, but I went in one night late to get pain reliever for my infant, and somehow the clerk starts asking me how to tell if you have a yeast infection and what's the best remedy for one. SERIOUSLY??? You work in a damn pharmacy!!! I don't care if you're yeasty of not! I'm sure a big problem here is that they're understaffed and super busy. I can't wait for the Walgreen's up the road to be finished being built. All in all if you cherish your time and money, DON'T go here!!! read more

This has to be the worst location. After an incident in Georgia I was never going to shop at CVS again. The manager called and tried to make things right with me so I give them a chance again. This particular CVS is horrible. You walk in and staff will be congregating around each other gossiping. Not even a hello or can I help you. I ordered online photos a while back for a birthday party and it said they would be ready in a hour. I get the email confirmation. Drive to the store and they inform me that the photo lab isn't working right now. Then why confirm my purchase and tell me what time to pick it up? Then about a week later I came to the door and they asked was I getting something from the pharmacy and was told to use the drive thru. Go to the drive thru for them to tell me I had to come inside. I asked before I get out of my car again do you have what I need? I told her and she checked and told me yes. I park and come in. The lady tells another staff member what I came to pick up. She grabs an unfamiliar box. I said what is that? She said it's a generic of what you asked for. I told her I didn't think so because I've bought it before and it definitely wasn't the right medication. She assured me it's the same thing. I said let me see the box. She hesitates like she doesn't want to show me for some reason. I look at the box and told her do you realize that's for the same thing but has completely different medications in it? It's NOT the generic form of what I asked for. Not only did you waste my time but now you have tried to give me a completely different medication. I would think someone working behind the pharmacy window would have enough sense to know the difference. They didn't even have it in stock. I come back today to pick the same medication up. I pull out my ID so he can scan it and he's like oh the system is down come back later I guess and tosses the box back on the shelf. Not an apology not a resolution to the problem or an idea when would be a good time to come back. I will take my business elsewhere. I won't continue to patronize an establishment that acts like they just don't give a fu€k! read more

This pharmacy is a nightmare. They take forever, they don't know how to read insurance cards, they never answer their phones... do yourself a favor and don't come here. Due to the terrible customer service here, we typically take our business to a competitor, even though it's a farther drive. On occasion, we'll shop here, in hopes that the service and management would make some improvements. We always leave saying, "Why did we come back here? It's always a negative experience." Tonight, on Christmas Eve, we had a "20% off entire purchase" coupon in our email. We decided to utilize this savings & stock up on our favorite cosmetic and toiletry items, totaling almost $100, to add to our stocking stuffers. When checking out, the cashier and manager said the coupon could not be used, because they didn't know how to enter it in the system. We left & went to a competitor to buy our items instead. Completely unacceptable to be rewarded with a 20% off coupon from CVS, and not be able to use it. We should have learned our lesson by now. Will not be returning. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. This has been the worst experience at a pharmacy that I have ever experienced. I went to the "Minute Clinic" which is anything but a minute. After two hours waiting my name is called and I am then told that I should have pre-registered, but that may not help because you never know how busy it will be. The idea is great, but the execution was horrible. At the end of the day I blame this store for being understaffed to serve their market. Not only did my vaccination take over 2 hours (I started 6th in line and 2 were no-shows) but the line for the pharmacy was at least 30 minutes. I'm only giving them one star because that's as low as it will let me go. If I could give them zero stars and still fill out this comment section I would... I almost don't know where to begin. The people they have working in the pharmacy are so clueless and unprofessional. Yesterday I went to pick up two prescriptions after my daughter's surgery. I was told it would take an hour for them to fill the two prescriptions. Since my daughter was home waiting for her medicine I did not have time to go somewhere else so I waited. After an hour had gone by I went up to the counter to see if they had a status on my daughter's prescription. The woman that helped me looked up the name and said they're working on them... I had asked her if she could tell me about how much longer it was going to be as it was almost time for her next dose of pain meds. She said let me ask him I'll be right back... I waited and I waited and I waited I finally saw her on the other side of the pharmacy doing God knows what. I asked another gentleman that was behind the counter if she was planning on coming back as she stated she would or if she was just planning on blowing me off. This trip took me an hour and a half to get my prescription. Today my doctor called in a new prescription for my daughter - two hours later I went to pick up her prescription. They looked and did not see they had a prescription on file for her. It turns out they had not even bothered listening to their messages for the order of the prescription. Two hours after the doctor called! It looks like Walgreens will get my business from now on! read more

So far had a great experience. The first time was long since we've never been there before and had medications benefits issues. Now, its quick and easy with driving up to their drive up windows to drop off and pick up. Love that they text me when it's ready for pick up so saves time from me calling or waiting at the window. read more

I was forced to switch from the Kroger Pharmacy to this one because of insurance and I'm so sad about it. My very first encounter with them was just bad. I walked inside and up to the counter to drop off an rx and while there was someone standing there he never acknowledged me. Nothing. I waited 5 minutes before he said a word. Next day I called to ask if my husband's rx was ready and was told yes. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, get to the window to be told it won't be ready for another hour. When I told them I just called the girl just chuckled and said, no, it's not ready. I work in customer service for a major airline. I would be fired for this or at the very least reprimanded. I guess it's a good thing that they're contracted with Express Scripts because I don't know they would have business otherwise. read more

This place has fallen dramatically. It used to be pretty good when we first moved into the area about three years ago, but recently . . . not so much. The shelves are not stocked very well. The shelf tags showing sales/promos are rarely displayed. Many times the food items are expired or close to it. Calling the pharmacy results in piano hold music from hell -- I have tried multiple times throughout this week and been on hold for at least 20 minutes a pop. It is now Thursday and I have been on hold for over THREE consecutive hours!!! During this SS Minnow tour, I called the front register using my second line, was told "the pharmacy is very busy and under staffed, but I'll transfer you back there" (I've been on hold with two lines running for over an hour now!) I'll be giving ye ol' Kroger pharmacy a shot with the next Rx. Good day, crappy CVS! read more

Never got a call back from Jeff as promised. Called today and sat on hold for 16 minutes just to be hung up on by Jeff. Childish behavior when you don't know how to do your job you just hang up and hope it goes away. Disclaimer, I did use the word s**t when I told him his staff doesn't seem to give a s**t about their customers. I speak the truth. Beware. Customer service is beyond horrible and being a medical provider, incompetent pharmacists can kill people when they give out the wrong medication. Unprofessinal, prescrition called in when I went to get it was not ready they did not have record of it . Called doctors office they said their caked it in the day before but would recall it in. I called 45 minutes later was told they had it would be ready in an hour 9 hours later no precription and states they don't have record of refill called in after verifying it 9 hours prior. The pharmacist at time would not make any calls to try to get to bottom of it when asked her name she would not give it . She just smirked when told this was an emergency situation that this medication was needed fir seizures and patient had just has a seizure and this was needed to keep it under control. She stated she has no emergency contact or numbers for anyone who worked the day shift . read more

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. It's a 24hour pharmacy and everyone with whom I interacted was friendly and courteous.

If I could give less than one star for this pharmacy, I would. Please do yourself a favor and find a pharmacist in a locally owned drugstore who actually gives a damn. I found one in Bedford and it's worth the 30 minute drive to not have to wait in line for 30 minutes only to be told your scrips aren't ready! read more

Minute clinic NOT REALLY A MINITE ! How about 1 1/2 hour wait instead. After signing in at kiosk I sat and waited. Was informed I would be sent a text message when it's my turn. Mind you Im there at 845am. Never seen anyone come out or recieved any text. So I knocked on pharmacy door. Medical tech says oh yeah I texted you. NOT TRUE ! No text message on my phone,. There is no one in her office so I have been waiting that long for nothing! I was there for blood pressure screening. Found out that they can only give 2 wks of meds so I canceled when she said that. This cvs pharmacy has some major issues with being over worked and understaffed. I have been in line with 10 people waiting at the counter and listened for 20 mins at least with 8 pharmacy calls waiting and there be 10 people running around making piles of prescriptions with one person running the register. read more

Is it possible to give a pharmacy 6 stars? If so , this CVS deserves it!! The pharmacy does get pretty busy all the time, but I use the drive-thru and get faster service. I often run into issues with my workers comp insurance and have to come inside, but the pharmacists are always helpful and willing to answer my questions about my prescriptions. I appreciate the 24 hour pharmacy service. I must admit, it gets busy there and the lines in -store sometimes gets long, but they really give you good service that you cannot find in a 24 hour pharmacy. read more

I just left this location and co-sign the previous Yelpers' comments. This place sucks. They have rude clerks as well. I usually pass this one to go somewhere else, BUT, I was was really needing something and in a big hurry, they were the closest. The female clerk barely spoke and snatched my money out of my hand like I wasn't sh*t! She was a real piece of work! They are always out of stuff too. Another time a few months back this one clerk followed me so hard, every isle I'm on,SHE is on, "pretending" to be working. I submitted a prescription for transfer, knowing that I was going out of town and would *need* it that week. It was submitted 36 hours prior, was guaranteed by 9 am Thursday morning, and was not ready when I went at 4 am Friday morning - not because it hadn't been fulfilled, but no one had even bothered to call to have it transferred. I had to make my flight, and called twice over the weekend, and was assured that it would be fulfilled by the time I returned home. Here I am, 5 days later, and I stopped by immediately after my flight to pick it up, only to find out that not only was it not filled, it STILL has not even been submitted for a transfer because no one would bother to pick up the phone to call! CVS has been my go to pharmacy for YEARS because of the good service and generics that they carry, but this is absurd. This isn't a food order or a tailored piece of clothing - these are MEDICATIONS that people REQUIRE to live normal lives. To be so blasé about the lack of fulfillment is ludicrous, and there is obviously little action on the part of management based upon the reviews left for years. I would rather hassle with Walgreens special ordering my generic than deal with the absolute disregard as to the impact the lack of customer service of ANY kind has on people's lives. read more

I took my business to another pharmacy when they repeatedly told me that they gave me all of my prescriptions when they didn't. Their employees don't know how to use their computers to look things up. My doctor was not pleased when she found out that I was not being given all of my prescriptions. Do not even think of calling! If the line isn't already busy, then you'll be on hold forever. I've called, was told to hold, and the woman never got back to me after an HOUR, yes an hour, of waiting on hold. I don't know if they're just understaffed or unconcerned with answering their customers. I travel back and forth and often need my prescriptions transferred, this place takes forever to respond to doctors and even other cvs locations. On multiple occasions I've seen customers arguing with technicians. When I pick up my prescription today I WILL be having them transfer all of my remaining refills to the next closest cvs because I have absolutely had it. read more

After 2 days of trying to reach this pharmacy by phone. And for the final time after waiting I decided to go in person to get the info I needed. Staying on the phone. They finally disconnected me after 28 minutes. . Now I'm standing in the lobby while the associate searches for a prescription for ten minutes. The first customer took over 29minutes to find!!!! This store doesn't really deserve a 1 Star. I stood at the "drop off prescription " location for about 10 minutes and got to overhear the tech name CHASE yelling things like " Sorry for your back luck " to the phone that was ringing. He continued with "not answering, that's what they get for making me work alone!!!" I walked over to a fork counting her till and asked if this is where I drop off my prescriptions. She said no! Over there . Someone will help you. I went back and stood about 5 more minutes when CHASE said "your going to have to Walt , there are 2 people ahead of you.." I didn't see anyone in the whole store . When he finally came over he looked at the prescriptions I had and said "well your not getting these here ! You might want to run on down to Walgreens and see if they can help you !!!!!" See , my husband just got our of rehab after having a 4 stage back fusion and a laminectomy... he needed his meds but CHASE didn't care .... I told him to give me my prescriptions back and I WILL go to Walgreens. I walked into Walgreens and they had all 9 of my prescriptions ready in about 30 minutes . Chase had the worst attitude and I felt he was trying to bully me . He actually threw my prescriptions back and me. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy!!!!!!!!!' This is THE worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Every time my wife has a new RX to pick up they wait till she gets there to tell her that they do not carry it! Every time I have gone there it has taken hours to have my RX filled. This last time they told me that it would take about an hour and that they would call me when it was ready... 6 hours later they call me!!! Nobody even seemed to care either. This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been in. No matter what time you go to pick up a perscription, you are waiting at least 30 minutes. They may have 7 or 8 people working, but doesn't matter. Everyone in line is always complaining. I miss the old Eckerd pharmacy and can hardly wait for the new Walgreen Drug Store to open so we can transfer our perscriptions. From all the complaints and grumbling I hear everytime I am at CVS, there will be a lot of people transferring. That's what happens when you don't take care of your patrons. read more

It does not get any busier at this pharmacy location. I have been filling my prescriptions here for the past 8 years or so and it has always been very busy. However, I have noticed that service have improved a lot for the past couple years. I still avoid the drive thru during rush hour, but the pharmacy employees and manager are very friendly and you get that small town feeling when you come here. Every now and then, I have trouble getting prescription filled due to insurance issues, or my doctor not sending them a prescription I need, but the pharmacy manager has always come up with a solution for me. The pharmacy assistants are always nice, but my advice to anyone with prescription issues should talk to the pharmacy manager instead. He has not disappointed me since he came on board. read more
