This is a compounding pharmacy which is an added bonus. Larger places like Walgreens and CVS are not. The staff all seem to enjoy their job. Great atmosphere. Times when they don't carry something if you ask they will order it for you and usually get it in the following day at prices cheaper than Walmart in most cases. As far as prescriptions go you can not beat their prices. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a more personalized professional experience from their pharmacy.

If you can avoid this store at all costs, you should. ALSO, they'll even sell you someone else's prescription even though you handed over your license to get your own medication. The staff is ALWAYS rude. If there's one thing you can count on, it's that the staff here will always act like it's an inconvenience to them that you'd like to purchase items from this store. It's bad. The entire store needs an overhaul; get rid of all the employees, including all managers, all pharmacy employees too EXCEPT FOR ONE LADY, the sweet, sweet elder African American lady that works in the pharmacy. She's GOLD compared to the rest of us staff throughout the entire store. There's a whole laundry list of problems with this store that I have documentation for every single incident that I will be following up on with corporate.

Randleman Drug is a refreshing change. I really enjoy looking around the gift shop on the occasion that I don't use the drive thru service. I rarely leave without a goodie for my garden or front porch. Either pick up option is quick and efficient. The online refill capability is a nice feature as well. WORST PHARMACY EVER! Stay away from these folks, They are incompetent…read more every time we go to get one of my wife's many prescriptions filled, they are out of the drug or only have a portion. They expect us to come back in a few days to get the rest of the prescription filed. They offer nothing to make up for gas and time used to pick up 1 prescription twice. They cannot maintain their own inventory. On top of that , today the little boy at the drive through was a rude piece of crap. We will be moving our prescriptions to CVS. Screw ZOO city, They suck balls!
