Each month I've attempted to get my script from this pharmacy I'm told that it will cost me $800 -1200 hundred plus. I have the specific insurance necessary to cover 100% of the cost of my prescription. Today, Troy couldn't figure out how to make my prescription cost correct and while I was waiting, Chevy opened the window and loudly proclaimed that I was going to have to pull around as if I had been defying previous commands. Hadnt been told to pull around prior. I'm not a Karen. I'm someone who needed her mental health meds and was yelled at instead of helped. no call back later in the evening to pick up my script. The only way to reach someone is to leave a VM Not good customer service! As a pharmacy you should staff your phones. Walmart and Walgreens both staff their phones. read more

I have been a customer with this CVS for a long time I showed up three minutes past the time and they would not help me. I understand the situation but because them making every single excuse they could to not help me I will be a very sick individual. I tried explaining I work out of town Monday through Saturday none of that matters they wanted to throw corporate rules, etc. after the fact of me driving 35 minutes one way trying like no other to get there. I get there at 6:03 and they would not help me. Three minutes is not worth somebody's health and wellness to the shift of Sunday, July 14, 2024 do you have put me in the worst position I've been in in a long time, I couldn't help traffic. I stop and pickup prescriptions for both of my aging parents and more often than not, they are "out" of the much needed meds. Doesn't the manager order supplies so they DONT run out?The pharmacy staff seem to have a deer in the headlights look about them. While my parents and many other folks simply do without their meds...this is a poorly run pharmacy and a shame there is not a decent CVS in Ashland. I give it zero stars if I could read more

My family and I have used CVS since I can remember. Later when I have my own family, I continue to use CVS to get prescription and non prescription meds and other supplies. I have been happy with them until I moved to live in Clovis. This CVS pharmacy in Ashland Ave is the most inefficient I have seen. Staff is rude, cannot get their act together the last two years I was with them. Tried to be patient but we just had enough, finally fired them today. Not going back there ever. We are trying Walgreens for a change. read more
