They made me sit around for 2 hours, while taking other people ahead of me. They kept whispering horrible things about me, I heard it all. The woman that gave me the wrong prescription said to the recep, "It's not my fault." Also, she said she "could just slap me" and the recep said, "it could happen." Upon leaving I told them I heard everything, and she smiled and said, "mmm, ok." They were VERY rude!! Also, I have to STILL pay another $100 for my correct contacts. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Furthermore, This environment feels increasingly two-faced and toxic, which is a significant barrier to both staff morale and patient care; this facility desperately needs a culture of empathy. The management frequently speaks disparagingly of patients , coworkers, her own family and disregards legal privacy protections (HIPAA). It is sad to see such misery and lack of integrity in a place meant for healing. I sincerely hope for better days for the employees, their families, and patients here--everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and genuine care.
