Probably the worst professionalism and customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for 8-9 years. They have a drive thru, they rarely have it open or the computer is down. They prefer you come inside, so then they can make you wait 5-10 minutes even if there is no line. I just do not understand how you can hire such irresponsible, lax, lazy, rude, and unprofessional employees for a positions that requires some level of good customer service. Don't go here unless you absolutely have to. I won't be using them ever again. read more

This is the messiest CVS I have ever been to! There was stock scattered all throughout the store and u-boats. There were 2 employees behind the register gossiping and refusing to checkout customers. There was 1 self service checkout and the 3 registers all had please use self checkout in front of them. Whatever you do, do not go here. Pure laziness at its best. read more

Talk about idiots!!! How are you a pharmacist who has gone to MEDICAL school and you're this dense. Hell, she probably doesn't understand the phrase "dense" in this context! Lose the attitude... if you can't hear us because of the load engine in the car behind us then OBVIOUSLY we can't hear you -- duh! Also, what was the point in making us drive around because we were 10 minutes early? Not a single person went through that line -- we sat and watched. Right at 2:08 we pulled up again and, of course, four cars pulled up with us. So instead of just taking us 10 minutes prior, you know have FOUR CARS pulling up at the same time. I came in looking to get cash back on a small purchase but I left with a smile. Corny as that sounds, Symone (the manager) really brings a light to this establishment. I walked in and heard laughter, which I initially mocked because that's the kind of person I am. I walked around looking for nothing and surprise--I couldnt find it. Eventually I figure out "the what" and go to the counter to seek assistance. Symone guides me but we don't find what I am looking for. But I can hear her with other customers; she is accommodating, she is thoughtful, she is personable. She laughs and makes others smile. Mind you, this is all in the span of about 6 min, so efficiency is also on that list of skills she possesses. Eventually, I go to the counter and I am complicated. I forget things, fumble the "cash back" processes (a couple of times) but she stayed present and worked with me. She makes an impression, I am glad I was her customer. read more

Incredibly bad time at the pharmacy today. Fist, they put one of my prescriptions "on hold" because someone earlier in the day screwed it up behind the counter. I called my doctor and they called it in again and all was well, but it took another 10 minutes. No big deal, but I guess I rolled my eyes. I did not mouth off to anyone. When I was able to give them the money for the missed 'script, I said thank you and here's what the pharmacist said: "Thanks, I'm glad you're leaving, too." CVS, when you are dealing with sick/dying people and you don't have a heart, try to use your brains. We come to the pharmacist for aid, not lip. This isn't just rude, it's hurtful. I won't use CVS again. Just to be clear, this is store #81 on Moreland Ave in Atlanta. That one is off my list, as well as all CVS stores for this idiotic, rude, frustrating experience. I can deal with clerical errors, but not mouthy service when I'm just trying to give them money so that I can possibly get well. Shame on you, CVS. read more

I have definitely been to better CVS's. The employee working the front is always nice when you walk-in. Notice I said employee? That's just one of the problems. They are extremely understaffed. If you go in here, expect to stand in line for no less than 10min. The poor review is really for the pharmacy though. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They never have the electronic prescription's filled. The line is 10 times worse than the front. Really they just don't have their stuff together. It's a shame too as i can walk to this pharmacy. I just have to say, if you have just pulled up to this CVS and are reading reviews, promptly put your car in reverse and drive away. What a terrible excuse for a CVS. Poorly stocked shelves and horrible pharmacy. I would like to think I'm an understanding person. Sometimes a bit impatient, but if you flash a smile at me, that usually buys some time. What I'm trying to say is, I've been here twice. Solely on the premise of picking up/ dropping off meds at the pharmacy counter. (I was transferring from a different CVS after moving.) These employees have been impolite and incompetent to say the very least. I've been promised (over the phone) both times that my prescription would be ready for pick up within a certain time frame and it wasn't. I don't know about them, but I know the majority of people don't have a ton of time on their hands. I especially don't with an extremely impatient toddler in tow. .......I guess they like having the vitamin aisle to look like it got hit by a tornado after my toddler breaks down after waiting an hour for ONE prescription. CVS corporate, just a heads up, after years of being a CVS customer, I'm moving my meds to a different company. read more

Don't know why this cvs has the rating it does because I have never experienced such impeccable customer anywhere else! Both cashier and pharmacy department has consistently given my husband and myself the attention and warm welcome like I've never seen! Glad we found this spot! This CVS is a little out of the way for me, but I always make the drive over because it is easy to get in and out of, its well laid out, clean, and the staff is always helpful. They do have things on lockdown that you normally don't see in other drug stores, but it is a shady side of Moreland. This CVS is A-ok and I prefer it over the store in Grant Park. read more

All followed by little apology and unwillingness to take any responsibility for their mistakes. When dealing with any type of illness, the last thing anyone wants to deal with is an unreliable pharmacy. I'll now happily drive a little further to an independently owned pharmacy. read more

If I could give less the one star I would. This location has lost and misfiled my prescriptions multiple times. They are no help when this happens. All attitude as if I lost the prescription. While dealing with cancer the LAST thing you need is a pharmacy to mess with your meds. I have also been lied to about the state of prescriptions. I will no longer visit this CVS- even though they are conveniently located- and happily drive to Little 5 Pharmacy where Ira takes your health seriously. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! read more

The parking lot is not as clean as others, but that's probably more indicative of the community and/or shared parking with the other businesses. The employees here are awesome!! Yvette is nice. There's a slim, Caucasian guy here who is very nice and joyful!! Hands down this place has the BEST customer service of ANY CVS I've been to (including other major cities). The product availability at this location isn't that good, so I usually end up going to another one. There's usually an (empty) APD vehicle in between the CVS and Wells Fargo. Also, APD and GA State Patrol officers frequent the area during the day, (but somehow I still feel less safe here at night than other CVS branches). 4 stars for customer service. 3 stars for product availability read more

This CVS is horrrrrible!! Unfortunately it's the only one this side of town so I end up there more than I would like, however have recently begun going a little farther just to avoid going here. They never have medications in stock, which I don't know a lot about but I have several filled a month and it seems like every single one I have to come back for the next day regularly. I've also purchashed items inside over the counter, only to get home and find they are expired. I have called prescriptions in only to go to pick them up and the person who took the call never actually put it in. I mean an absolute mess of a store, seems to be run by total idiots. I usually go here for random things to pick up but I went for the first time to use their pharmacy services and considering I've worked as a pharmacy tech before I know what they can and can not do. Apparently because its a Friday they couldn't be bothered with calling my Dr for another prescription since according to them the drug my doctor gave me is no longer made. Well since I'm in pain and hence the reason for my being here why not call them? I was going to be a new regular customer as well as the rest of my family but after this I won't stop here for any reason and I will advise against it to all my neighbors and friends as well. I always wondered how on earth a pharmacy could have 1 star and now I get it. This location should be shut down. I've been calling to check on an urgent RX that a doctor called in several hours ago, I was told they had received it but were still working on it. I even explained why I so desperately need the RX tonight. I call back at 850 (store hours are posted online as closing at 10), and was told they never got to it and couldn't do it in ten minutes because they actually close at 9. At least they were able to back it out to a 24 hour pharmacy that was able to fill it in 5 MINUTES. Yet I have to drive so far out of the way to pick it up. These people are horrible and do not care about their patients in the slightest. Do not use this pharmacy under any circumstance. read more

I moved my prescriptions from Publix to this CVS for convenience. This is on my way home as well as my husband's way home. We have been using them for 10 months and this is a terrible pharmacy. I have a chronic condition that requires daily medications and I have a 2 year old who has had 3 ear infections in the last 10 months. Every time we go to this pharmacy it is a hassle. The staff often lies about "not having a prescription or that they don't have a certain medication" I have on multiple occasions called back or come back by later to get a different response. The majority of the staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. They never call even when they say they will to let you know they weren't able to fill a prescription. It took 6 hours today to find out they couldn't fill my sons prescription although I called 3 times to check on it. During this time my son had a temperature of 102 and was crying in pain but no one filled his prescription or called to let me know there was an issue. I was lied to that they never received it then lied about why it wasn't ready. This is a warning to everyone this is by far the most consistently terrible pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. read more
