The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name. The store opens 7 days per week. Monday to Friday: 9 am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm. I definitely recommend if someone is looking for medical supplies.

I WAS able to find crutches here AND a wrap for his ancle but what I didn't realize was that I had to check the height of the crutches... so I ended up buying crutches that were too tall for my dad. I called the shop right away and talk to the what I assume is the pharmacist. He was also the guy who helped me check out so he remembered that I was there earlier. I was afraid he was going to tell me that there was nothing he could do, as the girl who pointed out the crutches to me did mention that they were non returnable... but he was so REASONABLE and even though he didn't have the height that I needed, he ordered the right height and had them ready first thing in the morning the following day!! He let me do an even exchange... and he made what I thought was going to be dreadful non returnable experience.. a simple pleasant exchange. I felt the need to write this long review about my experience with this pharmacist because people like him are hard to find. In a world we're people tend to be... lazy and would rather brush you off with "there's nothing I can do" and "we're out of stock, sorry".... finding someone like him in today's world is always an amazing experience and a breath of fresh air. The last time I came here for the Take Care clinic, I had a negative experience. As fate would have…read moreit, I ended up here again (except now it's the Walgreens "Healthcare Clinic") this past week for a TB test and potential physical. The TB test went well -- all the ladies that helped me were patient and friendly. When I came back earlier today for the TB reading (I don't have TB -- which I already knew... yay?), I realized the physical portion wasn't filled out. People at a different location had told me earlier in the week that I didn't need the full physical as there was only one question that needed to be answered. The woman I met today told me I needed the full physical and had to pay the fee for it (something like $70). Although my physical was less than a year ago, my new job needs one within the past 90 days... which sucks. I explained to the woman that I already had a physical earlier this year and was bummed that I'd need to pay again for another physical.Since I needed it for work, I told her to "go ahead and just do the full physical anyway." If I had to pay, I had to pay. She took my papers, went in the back, and came out with the papers signed. She looked up my records and just used the information from the last physical since it was less than a year old. All I needed on paper was documentation within the past 90 days. It was a clever loophole. There was no need for a newer, pricey physical. I was shocked but incredibly pleased and grateful. Now that's customer service!

Sharon, thank you for always making me smile! Even if I'm in a bad mood or feeling ill and there for medicine, she always makes me smile. It's nice to have employees that seem to genuinely enjoy their job and their customers. Two days ago, I needed a prescription refill before my refill date and the pharmacy was super helpful in getting it done. I was miserable for days before I called and they helped me out with no problems. Knowing I was in pain, they got it done so quickly! Thank you so much for that! I had to wait 49 minutes on the phone and there were 3 people in front of me, then 2, then 1…read more... But 49 minutes later I was still waiting to talk to the staff... until I hang up at 50th minute. so it's a waste of time if you want to get hold of them on the phone.
